At first, the light was blood-red,
but upon contact with the Wood Elves' skin, it gradually shifted to a vibrant, jade-green hue imbued with the essence of Nature, merging with their very Life Origin.
Zhang Yi could feel the immense changes occurring within the bodies of the 100 Wood Elves.
Their auras were growing stronger by the moment!
The radiance lasted for about five minutes.
Throughout the entire process, the Wood Elves on the altar levitated in the air, their eyes closed and their faces serene.
Beneath their skin, something seemed to be flowing, restructuring their bloodlines and their vital structure!
The first to complete their Bloodline Advancement and awaken were the three leaders of the Wood Elves standing at the forefront.
Before they had entered the altar to receive this Bloodline Advancement,
Shamiel, Feiyana, and An Nobel had not been very different from the other Wood Elves in terms of stature and appearance.
The greatest difference had been in their auras.
However, after undergoing this Bloodline Advancement, their appearances had changed dramatically!
High Priest Shamiel's body was now enveloped in a layer of shimmering green light.
Her once long, black hair had turned a pure, flawless silver-white,
and her eyes, once jade-green, had become a deeper, more profound shade.
Faint markings had appeared on Shamiel's forehead,
and these markings gave Zhang Yi a faint sense of familiarity.
Thinking back,
Zhang Yi realized it was very similar to the aura of the Power of Faith he collected.
When Shamiel opened her eyes, the entire altar trembled. All the Wood Elves could feel the abundant Wood Attribute Magic Power radiating from High Priest Shamiel!
Shamiel gently extended her hand, and a flower spontaneously materialized in her palm, radiating pure Life Energy!
"Great Elf God, I can feel the power of Magic!"
Shamiel's voice was filled with a mixture of amazement and reverence,
but it was dominated by a profound piety.
The changes that occurred in Elf Queen An Nobel, on the other hand, were more serene.
Her transformation was not as dramatic as High Priest Shamiel's.
It manifested more in her appearance.
Elf Queen An Nobel's features grew more elegant and soft.
Her skin became almost translucent, appearing like the purest amber under the sunlight,
an ethereal beauty to be admired from afar, yet never defiled.
Her already beautiful face now possessed an added air of sanctity and nobility.
Though the Elf Queen appeared gentle from a distance, up close, she radiated an imposing majesty.
A hint of maternal warmth mingled with a monarch's aura, creating a harmonious, rather than conflicting, presence.
If one were at a soiree held by the Wood Elves,
perhaps Elf Queen An Nobel would not be the most stunning at first glance.
But by the end of the night, she would undoubtedly be the most captivating!
"My great Elf God, what a blessing this is!"
Elf Queen An Nobel murmured in awe after she fully perceived the changes within her.
Her voice was as gentle as a soft breeze rustling through the treetops.
The last of the three to awaken was Feiyana.
Feiyana's transformation was most apparent in her physique.
A single glance was enough to sense the immense Energy contained within her panther-like frame!
It was the perfect fusion of agility and Power!
Feiyana had grown nearly ten centimeters taller, her physique becoming more athletic and powerful.
If a Bow and Arrow were placed before her now, she could undoubtedly draw the bow to its full extent.
But unlike High Priest Shamiel, during her Bloodline Advancement, Feiyana did not awaken the ability to wield Magic, but rather the ability to use Fighting Qi.
Now, Feiyana could channel her Fighting Qi to directly manifest a suit of Armor.
She could also form a Long Sword from thin air in her hand using Fighting Qi.
She swung the Long Sword, and the blade cut through the air with a WHOOSH.
It left a trail of white Energy lingering in the air.
"I fight for you, my great faith!"
After waking, Feiyana stepped off the altar, knelt on one knee, and declared her oath!
The remaining ninety-seven Wood Elves also completed their Bloodline Advancement one after another.
But like High Priest Shamiel, only a minority of them managed to grasp Magic Power during the Bloodline Advancement.
Of the ninety-plus Wood Elves,
only twenty-some mastered Magic Power.
Of the remaining seventy-plus,
another thirty-some learned to use Fighting Qi.
The final forty-some mastered neither; for them, the benefits of the Bloodline Advancement went entirely into enhancing their Four-dimensional Attributes!
Zhang Yi was unfazed by this outcome.
'As for the Wood Elves who haven't awakened either Magic or Fighting Qi,'
'it doesn't mean they will never have the chance.'
'Their failure to awaken now only means their innate Talent in these areas is relatively low, not nonexistent.'
