Jasper Shaw worked quickly. He put the eggs into the pan as soon as the oil was hot, flipping them over once he judged they were golden and crisp.
By the time the eggs were fried, the water in the other pot had also come to a boil.
Chloe Sinclair added the noodles, and once they were half-cooked, she put them into the egg broth to continue cooking.
In no time, a delicious aroma filled the entire room.
Jasper Shaw placed three eggs in Chloe's bowl, sprinkled some chopped scallions on top, and carried it to the dining table.
The apartment wasn't large. The dining table was just outside the kitchen, and Chloe sometimes used it as a desk for work.
"I'll be moving in in a few days."
Jasper Shaw said suddenly.
Chloe was still eating her noodles. She suddenly looked up when she heard that.
Jasper Shaw quickly explained, "I've already bought the apartment next door. It's being renovated right now, so it'll probably be a few more days before I can move in."
