The Hidden Enemy
The warehouse suddenly felt colder.
Ariba stared at the phone screen.
"They know where we are."
Ryan quickly looked around the building.
Victor spoke quietly.
"That means one thing."
"They have a spy."
Ryan frowned.
"A spy?"
Victor nodded.
"Someone close to us is working for the Architect."
Ariba's heart skipped.
"You mean… one of us?"
Victor didn't answer.
Instead he looked directly at Ryan.
Ryan stepped back angrily.
"You think it's me?"
Victor shrugged.
"I trust no one."
Suddenly a loud explosion shook the building.
Dust fell from the ceiling.
Ariba gasped.
"They found us!"
Outside, several black vehicles surrounded the warehouse.
Armed men stepped out.
Ryan whispered,
"This time… there's no escape."
Victor slowly pulled out a hidden gun.
Ariba looked at him.
"What's the plan?"
Victor smiled slightly.
"Simple."
"We fight."
Outside, a mysterious man watched the warehouse from a distance.
He spoke into his phone calmly.
"Phase Three begins."
And the war against Phoenix…
Was only getting bigger.
