Jack
I woke up as early as usual and went to have breakfast with Orus and Mark, both of which seemed to be avoiding Arun for a reason I didn't know.
After eating some pancakes with syrup, which were always available on the early morning, not that I was ever gonna tell Arun, I got up and left the guys to their stupid discussion about what mark they would get, which I was fairly sure was a 0.
Once in our dorm I silently passed by Arun's door and entered the bathroom. There I picked his toothbrush, the green one, and used a simple magic spell so that whoever would use it, a.k.a. Arun, would spend the whole week with green teeth.
Laughing, I left the bathroom and went to wake up Arun. At this rate he was gonna be late again, with pancakes with chocolate syrup on them, which I had picked from the cafeteria, on one hand.
My plan was simple: feed him, tell him he had something on his teeth and wait for him to go brush them.
It would be so much fun. Chuckling I tapped on his door, and when no answer came I just opened the door.

I woke up as soon as I smelled pancakes. I was 99 percent sure it was just my imagination, but what I saw made me want to kiss Jack on the lips and jump around in joy.
Jack was at the door with a stack of pancakes with chocolate syrup on them. When he saw me open my eyes he left the pancakes on my lap and sat on one side of the bed.
" Hope you like them" At that moment I felt like maybe I had just misunderstood Jack and he was a good boy after all. Boy was I wrong.
I devoured my pancakes in less than a minute, feeling like, maybe, and just maybe, the world was a good place.
" You should go brush your teeth. You have something stuck there" Jack said.
I went to the bathroom and did as Jack said. After all he had brought me pancakes I could be nice to him for a while.
Once I finished Jack was waiting on the common area. I put on my uniform and since I didn't feel like murdering Jack right now went up to him.
" Could you teach me the cleaning spell?" I asked him.
" Yeah, sure" He was trying to contain his laughter, but I didn't see what was so funny. Well, the guy was a weirdo, no need to think about it anymore.
He tried to teach it to me for over five minutes, but I couldn't get it right. After a while he told me he'd clean it for me later, which I appreciated. Maybe I had gotten him wrong all along.
My opinion changed the moment I needed to use the bathroom on third period. The dimwit had turned my teeth green. It was on.
At lunch I saw Mark alone on one table, touching Jack's shampoo, and crawling to avoid attracting Jack to me, but instead getting lots of gazes, which I ignored, I finally reached his table, and I got under it. Mark just looked weird at me.
" Are you planning to mess with Jack?" I asked from under the desk.
" What is it to you?"
I just smiled at him while showing all of my teeth. He just nodded, as if understanding.
" I'm going to make his hair turn blue"
" That's good, but we need more" I remembered that the guy loved a pendant he always had around his neck." How about we also steal his pendant?"
" That's going to be hard" Mark muttered, but didn't refuse, which meant he thought it was a good idea.
" I'll steal it. You just focus on the shampoo"
" Okay" Mark said and continued doing his thing.
Once I got far away enough from Mark I went up and Jack immediately went to me.
" Here you are. I was looking for you "
Instead of answering I just grabbed him by the collar and deftly unhooked his necklace and pocketed it while I distracted him by whispering into his ear: " You're going to regreat doing that" but he just smiled and followed me to my next class. Thankfully in this one we were apart.
The same calm teacher as the last time appeared from the door, and still smelling like weed, started going on and on about knowing our inner selves. I was so fed up that I decided that class classes were better than this.
" I'm an undead" I confessed.
" Really?" the teacher raised his brows but didn't ask any further questions."Then next class go with them" he said, then he continued humming. That didn't go as expected, but at least I would be free from the humming and weeds.
After our last class I managed to give Jack the slip and quickly went to my room, where I hid his necklace with my money and panties and went on to explore the academy.
Today the study room was empty, which made my snooping easier. I lifted desks, opened drawers, but the gem was nowhere to be seen.
Since I still had time I also checked out a few more spots and started to get worried the gem might not even be in the academy when I still hadn't found it after having searched a good chunk of the school.
When I was hungry and decided to go eat it was already too late, so I accepted my no food fate and went to my dorm, where I saw Mark on the couch and an extremely panicked Jack, who turned to face me and grab my shoulders.
" Have you seen my necklace?? I can't find it anywhere"
"No, sorry" I lied.
For the next few minutes I watched as Jack fumbled around looking for the necklace, but he'd never find it because I had it.
I went to my room to sleep and as soon as I touched the mattress I was out.
The next morning

I woke up to shouts and got up thinking something bad had happened, but it was just Jack screaming at Mark and Orus while gripping his shampoo and moving his head that now had green hair on it.
I smiled at Mark, who smiled back, and went back to sleep a little longer, and although my teeth were still green, I had asked Mark if he could undo it but he said I had to let it go away naturally, which meant a week of green teeth, at least now I wasn't the only one with a green something.
While still hearing Jack scream something bout betrayal and how they could ruin a natural beauty I went back to sleep with a smile on my face.
The weekend
Lyan
It was finally Saturday, and that meant that we were free to go out of the school and into the nearby town, which I intended to do. I needed to buy some pens, notebooks, a lamp, and some panties. Jack had washed my clothes a few days ago but I didn't want to rely on him, much less now that he had gone into full paranoia mode after losing his necklace and started pating Mark and Orus down every single day in search of it.
Luckily he didn't think I had a grudge against him, as I said, the guy had a really bad short term memory, so I got a free pass. He had even tried to check Mark's and Orus's rooms, but they had firmly refused, so now they weren't speaking, which was bad since I was counting on the poker night money to buy things, but I had enough with what I had won last time to buy what I needed.
I went out of our dorm and into the town alone. Since the incident Jack had stopped following me, which was great, really.
Once I reached the town I bought all the essentials and was about to leave when, out of the corner of my eye, I spotted something flying on the sky towards the town.
It was a dragon, a beautiful red dragon, whose scales glinted in the sunlight, wings extended, so big it's shadow enveloped a quarter of the town, and it wasn't a small one. I had never seen a dragon, but I knew they existed and that some shifters could even transform into them. I looked at him in awe. He was so pretty. I wished I could touch him.
The dragon started circling around me and then plunged and took me with his great claws into the air, while destroying the nearby houses with his wings and terrifying everyone. I started panicking and thrashing around, trying not to let go of my purchases while trying to escape. The dragon suddenly lowered down on the forest and gently let me down. I backed away quickly, running away from him and stopping at a safe distance to hide behind a tree.
I saw the dragon shift, and who I saw was none other than my roommate Orus. And he was pretty much naked. Without the uniform I could see his muscles, his perfect arms, legs, and his abs, oh, his abs. I was about to check him out everywhere when I remembered I had something called common decency and instead looked him in the eyes. His eyes were glassy, as if he wasn't thinking straight.
He started walking towards me like a possessed man, like he was just running on instincts instead of thinking things through.
Once he was less than a feet away he lunged for me and I dropped my things in astonishment as he hugged me, while sniffing me and making small purring sounds. Wasn't he a dragon? He seemed more like a cat.
The way he was holding me was the way a person would hold a crystal glass, afraid they would break it. I was so comfortable in his embrace that it took me a while to realize this shouldn't be happening. If he sensed my breasts it was game over, so I pushed him away with all my might, but that did little to take him off of me.
He just looked me in the eyes, tilted his head and bit me in the shoulder, hard.
My vision started getting blurry, my whole world tilted and everything hurt. It felt as if I had poison in my veins. I thrashed, trying to get free. My whole body hurt, but especially my shoulder. All I wanted to do was run away, but Orus's hold on me was too strong. All I could do was thrash around as I felt my blood leave my body.
Once he stopped bitting I tried to get him off of me and he finally moved. Panicked, I ran towards the forest, and as I turned one last time, head hurting, blood on fire, to make sure he wasn't following me, I just saw him there, smiling.
Orus
One moment I was calmly walking through the academy to meet Mark and the next I was naked on the middle of the forest, blood on a patch of green near me, a few articles spread all over the forest floor and a feeling like every piece of the puzzle had finally been assembled.
I knew what that feeling meant and I also could guess what I had done under my instincts, when I was too tired to fight back like I usually did.
I dropped to the floor and clutched my face. This was great. Now I had two problems. Destroying the bond and calming Arun down. I was sure he wouldn't be in a good condition after my outburst.
Slowly, I raised up, picked up the discarded items, which seemed to be a lamp and some other things, and started walking towards the academy, thinking about how to solve this mess.
