Crush on my cousin
The atmosphere in the Zheng mansion was tense. Master Zheng was looking at the news about his son and Ran. His wife, Zheng Jiayu was also watching with him. The other family members were also watching. Some angry while some are happy.
"Aya, I have to say they look good together." Jiayu said smiling from ear to ear. Master Zheng was quiet.
"Jiayu, I think Lin should focus on the family business than running after woman." An aunt responded. Jiayu looked at her.
"Sister in-law Wenli, my son can decide on his own. Besides Wei RanRan is a perfect candidate for our son. She is the one managing the Chen family business. She is beautiful and capable just perfect for our Lin." Jiayu responded looking at Aunt Wenli mockingly.
"You should focus on getting Fenying here a husband. She's of age to get married." Jiayu added. Aunt Wenli was offended. She looked at Master Zheng who was quiet.
"Brother, your wife is insulting me and you are just quiet." Aunt Wenli said angrily. "Don't forget I'm your sister. Just because Jiayu is your wife doesn't mean you have to let her insult me." Aunt Wenli added.
"Enough! Jiayu is right. Getting RanRan married into this family means we get the Chen and Wei family as partners and it will make us even more powerful." Master Zheng responded. He stood up and left the living room to his study.
"Sister in law, you should always wish well for your nephew. Lin is capable and deserves the best. Don't try to manipulate the situation." Jiayu said and left following her husband.
"Mom we cannot let Lin get married. I love him." Fenying said desperately. Li Fenying is Lin's cousin but the woman wants her cousin brother.
It's a taboo but she only wants him. Wenli greedy immediately agreed with her. She knew none of the family members will agree so she has to use her own ways to make Fenying the wife of Zheng Lin no matter what. Wenli is a widow. After her husband's death she moved back to the Zheng mansion after being rejected by her inlaws.
Meanwhile at Zheng Groups, Zheng Lin is standing at the large windows in his office that shows the whole view of the city. He was wearing a black suit. His hair was perfectly styled not a curl out of place.
"President Zheng, someone wants to meet you." Assistant Dong said. "Who?" Zheng Lin asked coldly. Assistant Dong felt shivers down his spine.
Assistant Dong has worked for Zheng Lin for six years. He was used to his president's cold tone but he can't help it but feel shivers down his spine.
"Miss Wei Xinyin. The youngest daughter of Master Wei.." He responded professionally. Zheng Lin frowned. "Send her away." He responded coldly.
Assistant Dong felt his boss was too much. He should have at least hear what Miss Wei Xinyin wanted to say. He went outside and headed to his desk and asked the receptionist to send her away.
Xinyi was in the lobby while waiting to be called up to Zheng Lin's office. The receptionist answered a call and looked at Xinyi.
"Miss Wei, the President asked you to leave the premises." The receptionist said with a straight face.
She knew about the news of Zheng Lin and Wei RanRan so she treated Wei Xinyi well when she came. Now the president refused to meet her that only meant President Zheng did not like Miss Wei Xinyi.
"Excuse me. How can you say that? Tell him Wei Xinyi asked to meet him. I'm his future.." Xinyi wanted to say wife but the people would mock her because everyone knew about the rumours. She swallowed the bitter pill.
"Sister in law. I'm his future sister in law. I want to meet him." Xinyi yelled. Everyone looked at her weirdly. She saw people started to take out their phones and she controlled herself.
She cannot behave drastically in public after all she is an actress. Her reputation can be ruined. She left the building and headed to her company.
If she cannot meet Zheng Lin then she can persuade someone else. Zheng Jiacheng , Lin's younger brother.
She arrived at Zheng Ent. Xinyi was signed under Zheng Ent. She got inside and everyone greeted her. Why not? She is the young Miss of the Wei family and also her family is rich. Most people respected her because she is related to Wei RanRan.
She headed to the CEO's office. She knocked and was given permission to enter.
"CEO Zheng, can I have a word please." Xinyi said politely. Jiacheng nodded and asked her to seat.
Jiacheng rarely laughed or entertain people. He made Zheng Ent successful and it was his empire.
" CEO Zheng have you heard the news of my sister and your brother?" Xinyi asked sweetly. Jiacheng clenched his fists under the table but still nodded. Xinyi smiled.
"CEO Zheng. I have been in love with President Zheng Lin for a long time now. If your brother doesn't love my sister can you help me be with him instead." Xinyi said shamelessly.
Jiacheng looked at her. He finally realized how coniving this little miss Xinyi is. He heard some of his employees said it but he did not believe it.
"Miss Wei. I don't know about my brother's feelings or whatever is going on between Lin and Ran but all I can tell you is to stop plotting. Please leave I'm busy." Jiacheng said coldly.
Xinyi gritted her teeth. She stood up and bowed. " CEO Zheng please don't misunderstand me. I just don't want my sister to get hurt. She is so important to me." Xinyi said and left the office.
Jiacheng looked at the picture of his laptop's wallpaper. He smiled and caressed the picture. "My love. Mine and mine alone." He said smiling.
Meanwhile RanRan decided to spend the day with her father. Master Wei was pleased. He loved Ran's company. There were in the garden admiring the scenery.
"Dad this is so relaxing. Thank you for maintaining this garden." Ran said smiling at her father. It was her mom's garden after all.
"I love this garden so much. I will always maintain it." Master Wei responded.
"Dad, mom said she was invited by Madam Zheng to go shopping. Could she want to discuss my marriage with Zheng Lin." Ran asked happily.
"Of course it has to be it. Ran, your mother is really capable. I'm sure it's about the marriage. Madam Zheng and your mother are close friends after all." Master Wei said smiling.
"Dad I hope so. I don't want to lose Zheng Lin. I fancied him since I was a kid. When I saw him at that business party , I was already inlove. Dad, promise me that he will marry me." Ran said looking at her father.
Master Wei always had a soft spot for this daughter of his. He loved RanRan with everything in him. RanRan was his treasure. He rather lose everything else than lose RanRan.
"I promise. If he refused I will drag him by the ear and make him agree." Master Wei said making RanRan laugh.
"What am I missing?" A male voice asked behind them. It was Wei Yiming, the son of Luhui.
"Sister Ran, you are here. Im glad I came home early today." Yiming said and hugged his sister.
"Aigoo how cute. Yiming , don't worry. Im staying the night." Ran responded making Yiming happy.
Wei Yiming always admired his elder sister. RanRan was supposed to run the Wei family business but she suggested Yiming to do as he is the only son.
Master Wei was not pleased but Ran convinced him. Yiming appreciated his elder sister so much. Besides Ran introduced him to the love of his life, Liu Siyu. He loves his elder sister.
Master Wei smiled looking at the scene. The way Ran loves her siblings makes him so proud of her.

Like I said before RanRan will be called Ran for short. Don't get confused.
