Chapter 53: Gravity, Genius, and the Same Routine

(Jay Jay's POV)

If someone asked me what the most exhausting part of final exams was…

It wasn't the studying.

It wasn't the exams.

It wasn't even the stress.

It was Section E's daily panic attacks.

The moment the math exam ended and everyone relaxed…

David calmly reminded everyone of the next reality.

David:

"Tomorrow is Physics."

The entire classroom froze.

Again.

Blaster slowly turned his head.

Blaster:

"…You're lying."

Felix dropped his pencil.

Felix:

"I thought we had a break."

Calix grabbed his bag dramatically.

Calix:

"I can't keep living like this."

Eman leaned against the wall like he had lost the will to live.

Eman:

"First English."

Eran nodded.

Eran:

"Then math."

Ci N slammed his desk.

Ci N:

"NOW PHYSICS?!"

Josh sighed loudly.

Josh:

"This is academic torture."

Meanwhile the teacher calmly packed the exam papers.

Teacher:

"Yes."

Blaster whispered like someone betrayed him.

Blaster:

"…I hate science."

David looked unimpressed.

David:

"Physics is not that hard."

Denzel looked at him.

Denzel:

"Say that again and I will cry."

Meanwhile Keifer stood beside my desk.

Completely calm again.

Which honestly was suspicious.

Jay:

"You look too relaxed again."

Keifer shrugged.

Keifer:

"I like physics."

Jay:

"That's not normal."

Keifer smirked.

Keifer:

"You survived math."

Jay:

"Barely."

Keifer grabbed his bag.

Keifer:

"Same routine tonight."

Jay:

"You teaching me again?"

Keifer leaned closer slightly.

That teasing smile appearing.

Keifer:

"Unless you want to fail."

Jay:

"…Fine."

Behind us Blaster shouted dramatically.

Blaster:

"KEIFER!"

Keifer turned slowly.

Already regretting it.

Blaster pointed at him like a hero addressing a king.

Blaster:

"Save us again."

Felix nodded urgently.

Felix:

"Yes please."

Ci N joined instantly.

Ci N:

"We need physics tutoring."

Keifer blinked.

Then looked at me.

Keifer:

"…We're leaving."

Jay:

"Immediately."

And within seconds we escaped the chaos of Section E.

Watson Mansion

(Evening)

The study battlefield returned.

But this time…

Physics textbooks covered the table.

Diagrams.

Equations.

Velocity formulas.

Gravity equations.

I stared at the page.

Already annoyed.

Jay:

"I hate physics."

Keifer sat across from me.

Calm as always.

Keifer:

"You say that about every subject."

Jay:

"This one deserves it."

He picked up a pen again.

Keifer:

"Alright."

Jay:

"Here we go again."

Keifer turned the notebook toward me.

Keifer:

"Physics isn't just numbers."

Jay:

"What is it then."

He drew a small diagram.

Keifer:

"Motion."

Then another diagram.

Keifer:

"Energy."

Another formula.

Keifer:

"And forces."

Jay:

"That still sounds like math."

Keifer laughed quietly.

Keifer:

"It's math with logic."

Jay:

"Great."

But slowly…

Step by step…

He explained the concepts.

Velocity.

Acceleration.

Gravity.

And just like the night before…

Things started making sense.

Jay:

"…Wait."

Keifer looked up.

Jay:

"That actually makes sense."

Keifer smiled slightly.

Keifer:

"You're learning."

We continued solving problems.

Time passed quietly.

At one point I leaned back dramatically.

Jay:

"My brain is melting."

Keifer tapped the table.

Keifer:

"Come here."

Jay:

"Again?"

He patted his lap casually.

Keifer:

"Break time."

I rolled my eyes.

But walked around the table anyway.

Jay:

"You're abusing this system."

Keifer:

"Sit."

So I sat on his lap again.

Resting against him.

His arm wrapped around my waist naturally.

Holding me close.

Jay:

"This is not physics."

Keifer opened the book again.

Keifer:

"It's strategic motivation."

I laughed quietly.

Jay:

"You're ridiculous."

Keifer leaned down.

Pressing a soft kiss to my cheek.

Keifer:

"You like it."

Jay:

"Maybe."

We stayed like that for a few minutes.

Quiet.

Comfortable.

Then he closed the book again.

Keifer:

"Back to work."

Jay:

"You're evil."

But I returned to my chair anyway.

More equations.

More diagrams.

More explanations.

By the time we finished…

I actually understood most of the topics.

Jay:

"I might survive physics."

Keifer leaned closer.

Kissing my forehead softly.

Keifer:

"You will."

Jay:

"My very annoying teacher."

Keifer smirked.

Keifer:

"My very stubborn student."

And just like that…

Another night of studying ended.

Wednesday – Physics Exam

(Jay Jay's POV)

The tension returned the next morning.

But Section E looked more prepared this time.

Blaster walked in with determination.

Blaster:

"I studied three hours."

Felix looked shocked.

Felix:

"You're evolving."

Ci N nodded seriously.

Ci N:

"This is character development."

Calix looked slightly confident.

Calix:

"I practiced formulas."

Eman nodded.

Eman:

"I reviewed motion equations."

David sat calmly again.

Prepared as always.

Teacher entered the room again.

With another stack of papers.

Teacher:

"Today's exam…"

She paused.

Teacher:

"Physics."

Papers were distributed.

The room fell silent.

I read the first question.

Velocity problem.

Second question.

Acceleration.

Third.

Energy formula.

My pen started moving.

Step by step.

Across the classroom…

Section E was actually working.

Seriously.

Blaster whispered to himself again.

Blaster:

"I remember this."

Felix nodded proudly.

Felix:

"Yes."

Calix solved equations carefully.

Eman wrote quickly.

Even Ci N looked focused.

And once again…

The exam went smoothly.

Two hours later…

Teacher:

"Pens down."

Everyone leaned back.

Relieved again.

Blaster stood up dramatically.

Blaster:

"SCIENCE DID NOT DEFEAT ME."

Felix laughed.

Felix:

"I might actually pass physics."

David smiled slightly.

David:

"See."

I looked at Keifer again.

Jay:

"That went well too."

He nodded.

Keifer:

"Told you."

Jay:

"My teacher deserves credit."

He leaned closer slightly.

Keifer:

"I accept payment."

Jay:

"What payment."

He smiled.

Keifer:

"Kisses."

I rolled my eyes.

But kissed him quickly anyway.

Jay:

"Happy?"

Keifer smirked.

Keifer:

"Very."

And somehow…

Against all odds…

Section E had survived three final exams.

But the week wasn't finished yet.

And knowing Section E…

The drama was far from over.
