'S-class?' The expression on my face morphed into one of shock.
Unable to contain my excitement, I quickly viewed the description of the class mentally.

I froze momentarily at the absurdity of the class description.
Rubbing my eyes, I confirmed that what I had just read wasn't fake.
'Damn…' I whispered subconsciously.
I noticed some minor changes to my system interface.

My level hadn't changed, but the status screen displayed the fact that I'd obtained the sub-class, Shadow Dancer.
My breath caught in my throat as I noticed the incredible amount of ero points I'd gotten.
Just below it, I noticed the shop option. With curiosity tugging at my chest, I quickly mentally clicked the option.
Just like before, the remaining display blurred out, revealing a neat row of arranged runes which I could somehow understand.

I also noticed items that cost more than ten million ero points.
Just above the 'mana stone,' there seemed to be a search panel.
Understanding that this was likely meant to make navigation of the shop much easier, I nodded to myself and slowly closed the panel, taking a shaky breath internally.
I thought that having 320 points was something to be proud of, but realizing that there were items worth more than a hundred thousand points, or even a million… such an absurd amount, I understood that my journey was only just beginning.
Sighing to myself, I pondered briefly on the extraction talent.
Of course, I knew what talents were. Depending on one's performance during their trial in the Eternal Continent, they could receive a talent.
There were all sorts of talents. The agility talent the system mentioned wasn't unheard of. Rather, it was actually quite common. There were also talents that enhanced one's elemental attributes, or rare talents that strengthened one's class.
If I had to grade the rank of the extraction talent, it would probably be a Legendary talent. After all, the highest talent on Earth, according to the news that's widespread, is just at the Epic rank.
The ranks of talents were divided into: Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Mythic, and Forbidden.
Anything above the Legendary grade was simply unheard of. As for Legendary talents, humanity had only managed to awaken them twice throughout history, and both figures went on to become the most terrifying beings of their era.
'If I can obtain the extraction talent, or the luck talent, even the enhancement talent within the same price range, I will definitely be able to rule the world just like they did.' I clenched my fist, resolving myself internally.
I would try my best to gather as many ero points as possible so I'd be able to purchase a beneficial talent for myself. In the meantime, I could only rely on the talent I'd receive when I went to the Eternal Continent.
Placing all these thoughts at the back of my mind, I turned to Jane, who was seated on the couch with little to no expression on her face.
We'd just fucked, however the fact that she was a virgin made me understand something was wrong.
Before I could speak up, Jane explained.
"I didn't want to get used by the government, so I decided to come to the lower district. The only reason I acted the way I did was so that the government spies wouldn't get suspicious over my behaviour."
I listened attentively as Jane narrated her experiences to me.
When she was younger, a few years back, she was the daughter of one of the highest-ranking organisations in the world.
However, that all came to an end after the government betrayed them. They sent her parents into an S-rank dungeon which claimed their lives.
Then, they came for both sisters.
Only, the government would have never expected that Jane's sister, at just fourteen years old, had already awakened a class.
Sacrificing herself, she allowed Jane to escape. Of course, it came at the cost of being captured.
Knowing that she was unable to fight the government for now, she decided to lie low in the lower district, act like everyone else here, while silently searching for dungeons, clearing them, and slowly increasing her strength.
Here, most of the men were drunkards, while many of the women sold their bodies for a cheap price. It was practically a lawless place ruled by little to no morality since it had been abandoned by the government.
Today, however, Jane grew unexpectedly horny and didn't even realise the uncontrollable urge she felt until we'd had sex. For a brief instant, I felt some pity for her.
"I'm sorry," I muttered in a low voice.
Jane looked at me straight in the eye, then shook her head.
"There's no need to apologise. I made the decision myself."
She laughed self-deprecatingly.
Changing the topic, she continued, "You know you're my boyfriend now, right? You took my virginity, so you have to take responsibility for it."
I almost thought Jane was joking until I noticed the serious expression on her face.
My fingers twitched slightly, and I almost rejected the offer. However, on second thought, it seemed like an enticing proposal.
My class would only last for 24 hours, and after that I'd be classless. But if I had Jane with me, all I had to do was fuck her again 24 hours later and I'd be able to obtain her class once more.
I could also use this opportunity to gain ero points.
My eyes flickered with thought. Smiling faintly, I nodded with a laugh.
"Of course. I'll take responsibility."
Who knew a decision I made just because I didn't want to remain classless would place me in enmity with the government?
