The frost spreading from his feet intensified, climbing the walls, coating the altar in intricate ice patterns.
"This assembly is dismissed," he continued, his voice carrying absolute authority. "The duel will commence at moonrise in three weeks. Until then, all parties will respect the established rules. No interference. No contact between challenger and challenged."
