His breath against my neck. My hand on his thighs. I watch his face as he closes his eyes. I want him badly.

I was up all night thinking how to get tae to like me,i settled on 5 ideas;
1.beg him to give me a chance
2.give him gifts until he says yes
3.stop chasing him and sees if he misses me
4.follow him around everywhere
5.actually i only have 4 ideas
As i tell the ideas to max and peter they stare at me like im insane ,i am but thats not the point, i continue going into more detail about how i want each scenario to play out.
"Your such an idiot" they both say in unison. I look at them confused.
"What do you two mean,their amazing ideas" i say with full confidence that one of these will succeed.
"Amazing to who exactly? Because i dont think tae will appreciate you doing all that" i look up as max says that.
"Then what do you want me to do?" I ask pouting and i sigh as i sit on my bed falling backwards my head hitting the pillow.
"Ive never felt like this before and its for a guy who doesnt even fucking like me"
Peter looks at me ane scoffs
"So you just gonna give up or...?"
"Of course im not gonna give up, im not a quitter!"

Later on at school.
During english i keep stealing glances at tae and wondering of he ever feels the same way for me as i do for him.
Tae looks up and notices me starinf at him and he sticks his middle finger at me and i respond with a hand heart and he fake gags at me and goes back to resting his head down on his arms that are resting on the table.
I smile to peter and max and i slide a note to them.
'Omg he looked at me! I cant believe he looked at me'
I watch as they read it and then rolls their eyes and max looks back at me and mouths
"He also fucking swore at you"
I ignore him as i dont need his negativity ruining my delusion.
I look back at tae and i noticd how hes sleeping and i start internally freaking out and i pull my phone out and takes a picture.
I spend the rest of the day staring at my phone smiling and giggling like a teenage girl.
Max and peter saw me giggling at my phone so they came over snd snatched it out my hand and when they saw what was causing this reaction they just power my phone off and gives me an "are you serious" type of look so i just nod and takes my phone back.
They start to walk away but i stop them.
"I need help with something" as i say this they look over already preparing to hear the most dumbest shit ever.
"I want to make a gift basket for tae, so i need help finding stuff he likes" i ask them quietly and i cross my fingers hoping theyd say yes.
"Fine" they both say and i start jumping up and down shouting "yes" over and over again.
After school we head to the mall and we go to this candy place first and we each grab a basket and we go round picking stuff to buy for him we get him some cherry pepsi as its his favourite,blue sour patch kids as theyre the only ones he likes,nerds gummy clusters bc he likes how they are chewy and crunchy,reeces because he used to bring reeces to school every day,crisps only because everyone loves crisps and we also grab some other snacks and then we head to the music store.
When we walk in we look like total idiots as we are wearing the wrong clothes to be in a store like this as its filled with animes and nirvana,queen,selfless mind indulgence and more like that. We finally decide to get him a nirvana shirt and record and we go to the back of the store and we reach a whole differenct section and i pick him out a tyler tje creator record and a chappel roan one ,i saw him listening to her once when he thought no one was watching. After we pay we go to walmart to get a basket big enough for all this and after an hour of searching we finally did. We paid quickly and then got a taxi back to my house.
We all go to my room and we start putting together the basket and by we i mean me as the those 2 refused to help and their only excuse was "hes your crush not mine" but i didnt really mind doing it myself as i make sure everything is perfect and neat and theres zero and i mean zero mistakes. Just as i was finishing up my dad walks in.
"Awwh you making a gift for a girl at school" he says smiling and makikg kissing faces.
I look up at him and nods
"Yeh something like that"

The next day i walk into school with the basket and i go to taes locker. I look around making sure no ones looking before i place it down with a letter. I can hear someone coming so i run behind the wall and peek round the wall to see who it is and my eyes widen as i realise its tae. I watch as he picks up the letter,opened it,read it, saw who it was from and ripped the letter up. I walked away sad and defeated before i could see him picking up the basket and taking to his car and then coming back.
I go to my friends and i start stulking.
"Its not fair,how come hes so kind to everyone else but to me he acts like im the worst person ever, i just dont understand him at all"
Max looks over and sighs
"Maybe he just doesnt like that" but him saying that resulted in peter smacking him in the head.
"Dont say that to him you fucking idiot"
For the rest of the day i leave tae alone and i just stay with max and peter. I didnt notice it but taes face was full of jealousy and confusion on why i wasnt nagging him or confessing how much i love him for the 100th time.
