Chapter 80 - Chapter 79: The Picnic

After their passionate make-out session on the beach, Jay and Keifer returned to the villa, both of them feeling hungry and energized. Keifer suggested they have a picnic lunch, and Jay eagerly agreed.

They gathered some food from the kitchen - cheese, crackers, fruit, and a bottle of wine - and packed it into a basket. Keifer grabbed a blanket from the closet, and they made their way back to the beach.

They found a spot under a palm tree, the shade providing relief from the hot sun. Keifer spread out the blanket, and they sat down, their legs touching.

Jay poured them each a glass of wine, and they clinked glasses, smiling at each other. "To us," Keifer said, and Jay echoed the sentiment.

They ate and drank, their conversation flowing easily. They talked about everything and nothing, their laughter filling the air. Jay felt more at peace and happy than she had in a long time.

As they finished their lunch, Keifer reached into the basket and pulled out a small box. Jay raised an eyebrow, curious. "What's this?"

Keifer grinned, handing her the box. "A little something for you."

Jay took the box, her eyes widening in surprise as she opened it. Inside was a beautiful silver necklace with a pendant shaped like a heart. "Keifer, it's gorgeous," she said, her voice filled with emotion.

He took the necklace from the box and stood behind her, clasping it around her neck. She could feel his fingers brushing against her skin, sending shivers down her spine. He leaned down, his lips brushing against her ear. "Just like you, my love."

She turned her head, capturing his lips in a soft kiss. "Thank you, Keifer. I love it."

He smiled, his eyes filled with love. "I'm glad you do. I want you to always remember this trip, and this moment, no matter where we are."

She took his hand, squeezing it tightly. "I will. I promise."

He leaned back against the tree, pulling her close. She rested her head on his chest, listening to the steady beat of his heart. They sat like that for a while, lost in their own thoughts, content to just be together.

Eventually, Jay stirred, sitting up and looking at Keifer. "What's the next dare on the list?" she asked, a playful smile on her lips.

Keifer grinned, reaching into his pocket and pulling out the note. He read the next dare aloud, his eyes twinkling with mischief. "'Take a sexy selfie and send it to your spouse.'"

Jay laughed, her eyes filled with challenge. "You're on, hubby."

She grabbed her phone, striking a sexy pose on the blanket. She snapped a few pictures, scrolling through them to find the best one. She sent it to Keifer, her heart pounding with excitement.

Keifer's phone buzzed, and he pulled it out, his eyes widening as he saw the picture. He looked up at her, a slow smile spreading across his face. "You're playing with fire, wifey."

She grinned, her eyes filled with confidence. "I can handle the heat, hubby."

He put his phone away, his eyes meeting hers. "We'll see about that. But for now, let's just enjoy the rest of our picnic."

They spent the rest of the afternoon lounging on the blanket, talking, laughing, and stealing kisses. It was perfect, and Jay knew she would remember this day for the rest of her life.
