Chapter 4 - Chapter 4: The Three Who Clash at First Sight

"He's here," Masamichi Yaga said. Upon hearing this, Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto stopped their bickering.

At that moment, a figure emerged before them. The youth wore a black high-collared hoodie with a black-and-white fan emblem printed on the front. Long black hair hung down, with bangs partially veiling one eye. With a face as sharp as a blade, a high nose bridge, and deep black pupils, he stood out like a moon in the dark night, commanding attention. He was tall, estimated at 190 cm—even slightly taller than Gojo.

Despite being a striking youth, there was no one around him; his cold, detached aura caused people to instinctively clear a path.

"Ming, over here!" Yaga called out. Hearing the voice, Ming walked toward the group at a steady, unhurried pace.

As Ming drew closer, both Gojo and Geto felt a surge of terrifying pressure. Even though Ming was suppressing the bottomless Cursed Energy within his body, Gojo still sensed it—an energy reserve larger than his own, thick with the scent of a "curse" more horrifying than any Cursed Spirit he had encountered.

While Geto couldn't perceive the sheer volume of energy as clearly as the Six Eyes, the Cursed Spirits inside his body recoiled at the sheer weight of the power.

"Yaga-sensei," Ming greeted, ignoring the other two.

"Hey, Mr. Edgelord," Gojo said in a lounging tone. "What's with you? Are you cursed? Or are you just a Cursed Spirit in disguise?"

"Indeed," Geto added sternly. "You look like someone who's been thoroughly cursed."

Ming's eye twitched. These two had given him a nickname within seconds of meeting.

"You white-haired brat, are those eyes just for show? I'm clearly human," Ming shot back, showing zero restraint. "And you, Mr. Delinquent Bangs—your energy is a mess of hundreds of Curses. If anyone looks cursed here, it's you."

Ming appeared cold and aloof, largely due to the influence of the Sharingan, but he wasn't a pushover. In his past life, he might not have been a professional "troll," but having been raised in the internet age, he wasn't about to lose a verbal spat. Back in school, he was only quiet because of his mental age and being ostracized for his looks.

"What? White-haired brat?!"

"What? Delinquent bangs?!"

Both their faces darkened instantly.

"You little..." The three of them began arguing, each finding the others utterly insufferable.

"It's over," Yaga muttered, burying his face in his hand again. He had hoped the third student would be a mediator since the files described Ming as "mature and steady."

Sigh. Yaga had a massive headache, but a small part of him felt a flicker of hope. Perhaps these three would actually become best friends.

"You want to go?" Geto said angrily. Dark Cursed Energy, tainted by the spirits within him, began to flare up.

"Bring it on. I've been wanting to test the new guys' strength anyway," Gojo said, his eyes wide with excitement.

"Interesting," Ming murmured. He released his own massive Cursed Energy, creating a pressure so heavy that even ordinary people nearby felt a sudden weight on their chests.

"Such terrifying energy... it's significantly larger than Satoru's. How is that possible?" Yaga mused. He knew Geto's background, but Ming's was still a mystery—he only knew the boy had killed a Semi-Grade 1 before even turning sixteen.

"Enough! Stop it, you three first-years! Return to the school immediately!" Yaga roared.

The trio instantly suppressed their killing intent and stood as if nothing had happened. They began the trek back to Jujutsu High. Gojo offered to transport everyone using Blue, but Yaga quickly shut that idea down.

"By the way, Ming-kun, your surname is quite strange," Shoko asked.

"Yeah, and that thing on your back that looks like a ping-pong paddle is weird too," Gojo added.

"White-hair, I've told you many times—it's a Uchiha Clan fan. Is your brain aging as fast as your hair?" Ming retorted.

"You bastard!"

"Hehehe," Geto chuckled softly from the side.

"What are you laughing at, Bangs?" Gojo snapped, annoyed at Geto's amusement at his expense.

"Nothing. I just thought of something funny, Mr. Weirdo Glasses," Geto replied smoothly.

"Hmph." Seeing them both turn their fire on him, Gojo uncharacteristically went quiet.

The group arrived at Jujutsu High amidst the constant bickering.

"So this is Jujutsu High... truly..." Ming trailed off.

"Yeah, it's really remote. We've definitely left Tokyo," Geto noted.

"Alright. Satoru, Shoko—take Geto and Ming to the dorms. Once you've unpacked, meet at the training field," Yaga commanded.

They led the newcomers to the dorms.

"By the way, Ming, where is your luggage? The school provides the basics, but you should have some personal things," Shoko asked, noticing Ming was empty-handed.

"Oh, my luggage is stored away," Ming said vaguely. Shoko was curious but didn't pry.

Ming was satisfied with his room—small but clean. Once alone, he pulled his belongings out of the Kamui dimension. His neighbors were Geto and Gojo on one side, and Shoko to his left.

After a quick setup, they gathered at the training field. Yaga was waiting for them, standing next to a cute stuffed doll.

Ming and Geto stared with strange expressions. A man who looked like a yakuza boss standing next to a doll filled with "girly charm" was a bizarre sight. Gojo and Shoko, however, didn't blink.

Seeing their weird looks, Yaga's face reddened slightly.

"Ahem... this is a Cursed Corpse. I'll explain later. First, as first-years, you need to introduce yourselves, including your techniques," Yaga announced.

Ming nodded, his expression neutral. While hiding information was vital in the world of Naruto, this world was different. Most sorcerers revealed their techniques because "Revealing One's Hand" acted as a Binding Vow, increasing the effectiveness of the technique.

"I'll start," Yaga said. "Masamichi Yaga, Grade 1 Sorcerer. My Innate Technique is Cursed Corpse Manipulation. I can create dolls powered by Cursed Energy. I am your homeroom teacher."

"My turn," Gojo said nonchalantly. "I'm Satoru Gojo. My Innate Technique is the Limitless. It allows me to interfere with matter at the atomic level and manipulate space for defense or gravity control."

Ming looked at Gojo. He had to admit, the ability was broken. And with the Six Eyes, Gojo's control was so precise that his energy consumption was essentially zero, not to mention the $360^{\circ}$ vision. Even though current Gojo hadn't mastered Reverse Cursed Technique to become "the strongest" yet, he was already terrifying.
