Gavin was surprised to see the doctor from earlier and the moment she stepped in, he could smell those fresh roses scent again.
By now, it was already close to midnight and he believed this was his last wound dressing for the day.
"How are you feeling, Mr Damon?" Mira asked him, dropping the stethoscope on her neck to the desk before walking closer to him.
She checked the drip on the stand close to him, seeing it had gone midway when Gavin answered,
"I...am better, doctor." He said, feigning a bit of pain.
Though there were still traces of the tramadol in his body, his pain was actually gone.
Mira narrowed her eyes at him, scanning his face to see the innocent look it held.
He didn't seem to look like anything similar to the other men and she really hoped he wasn't one of them.
He was quite handsome and she couldn't deny it. He had this sharp jawline and siren eyes that drew her in without any effort.
