Planet 2081 was once known as one of the most beautiful planets in the Cosmicverse. Its cities floated above the oceans, strange creatures lived between the mountains, and people with elemental powers lived peacefully.
But today...
Everything was different.
Inside a gigantic dark fortress, a boy was hanging in the air.
His hands and legs were trapped by glowing chains.
The Infinity Chains.
The boy was James.
Blood slowly dripped from his forehead, but his eyes were still filled with determination. He looked across the room and saw his younger brother, Kim, standing in front of a mysterious man.
Ores.
The most dangerous person on Planet 2081.
Five glowing symbols floated behind him. Each symbol represented a cosmic element he had collected from different worlds.
Ores looked at Kim.
"Kim. Give me your element."
Kim stepped backward.
"No."
Ores smiled.
"I wasn't asking."
Kim's hands started shaking. His element was extremely rare.
Teleportation.
With it, he could instantly travel from one place to another.
Kim knew exactly what Ores wanted.
Ores suddenly appeared behind him.
WHOOSH!
Kim jumped forward.
"Stay away from me!"
Ores laughed.
"You really think you can escape?"
Kim tried to teleport.
Nothing happened.
His eyes widened.
"What?!"
Ores pointed toward the floor.
"I already sealed your teleportation ability."
Kim looked toward James.
His brother was still trapped.
Ores slowly walked toward him.
"Give me your element, or your brother suffers."
James shouted,
"Kim! Don't give it to him!"
Ores raised one hand.
A strange dark aura appeared around his fingers.
He whispered a mysterious mantra.
"KARON... SOUL BREAK..."
ZZZZZZT!
The Infinity Chains suddenly released an enormous amount of energy.
"AAAAAAARGHH!"
James screamed.
Kim's face changed immediately.
"STOP!"
Ores continued.
James's body shook as the energy ran through him.
"Kim..."
James could barely speak.
"Don't..."
Kim clenched his fists.
"Okay!"
Ores stopped.
Kim took a deep breath.
"I'll give you my element."
Ores smiled.
"Good choice."
A bright blue Powerball appeared inside Kim's chest.
Kim slowly pulled it out.
The entire room became filled with blue light.
"Just free my brother."
Ores nodded.
"Of course."
Kim released the Powerball.
It floated toward Ores.
WHOOM!
Ores absorbed it.
Blue energy exploded around his body.
BOOOOOOM!
The entire fortress shook.
Ores opened his eyes.
"Teleportation..."
He smiled.
Then disappeared.
WHOOSH!
He appeared behind Kim.
WHOOSH!
Then beside James.
WHOOSH!
Then on the other side of the room.
Kim stared at him.
Ores suddenly stopped.
"...Wait."
Kim started laughing.
"Hahaha!"
Ores looked at him.
"What?"
Kim pointed at him.
"That's not my real power."
Ores's smile disappeared.
"What did you say?"
Kim laughed harder.
"You absorbed a fake Powerball!"
Ores's face became furious.
"YOU!"
The floor cracked beneath him.
CRAAAAACK!
"Give me your real power!"
Kim shook his head.
"No."
Ores raised his hand.
But before he could attack—
BOOOOOOM!
A giant rock fist smashed through the fortress wall.
Ores quickly teleported away.
Dust covered the room.
A boy stepped through the broken wall.
His arms were enormous rocks.
His name was Manasaki.
He looked at Ores.
"Leave them alone."
Ores stared at his rock arms.
Then laughed.
"Rock Element?"
Manasaki clenched his fist.
"Yeah. Got a problem?"
Ores smirked.
"Rock Element is noob level."
Manasaki's eye twitched.
"...Say that again."
"Noob."
CRACK!
Manasaki's rock fist became even bigger.
"Okay."
He charged.
BOOOOM!
His fist slammed toward Ores.
But Ores simply disappeared.
WHOOSH!
Manasaki looked around.
"Where did he—"
WHOOSH!
Ores appeared behind him.
He placed his hand on Manasaki's shoulder.
"Let's see where your little rock power comes from."
WHOOSH!
Manasaki vanished.
Earth
Manasaki suddenly appeared high above the atmosphere.
"What the—?!"
He looked down.
Earth was below him.
Ores's voice echoed through the air.
"Your element comes from Earth, right?"
Manasaki's eyes widened.
Ores floated in space.
"And I want to see if seven elements can stop me."
Manasaki looked terrified.
"Wait..."
Ores raised his hand.
A giant cosmic energy sphere appeared.
BOOOOOOOOOOM!
Planet 2081 exploded.
The blast spread across space.
James's Infinity Chains broke from the shockwave.
His unconscious body was thrown into space.
Kim disappeared into the darkness.
And Ores?
He simply teleported away.
EARTH The Frozen House
CRASH!
Something smashed through the roof of a small frozen house.
Saku immediately jumped from his chair.
"WHAT WAS THAT?!"
Snow and broken pieces of the roof fell everywhere.
Inside the destruction was Manasaki.
He was badly injured.
Saku slowly approached him.
"Who are you?"
Manasaki opened his eyes.
"Ores..."
Saku froze.
"Ores?"
Manasaki nodded.
"He's back."
The room became silent.
"He was collecting five cosmic elements. I don't know what he's planning, but he's already destroyed Planet 2081."
Saku's face became serious.
"Then we have to find Arashio."
Manasaki looked confused.
"Who?"
Saku grabbed his jacket.
"Our strongest idiot."
Manasaki blinked.
"...That's your description of him?"
Saku opened the door.
"Come on!"
Garden
Arashio was peacefully exercising in his garden.
"997..."
He did another push-up.
"998..."
Another.
"999..."
He smiled.
"One thousand!"
THUD!
He stood up proudly.
"Easy."
Suddenly, Saku and Manasaki rushed into the garden.
Arashio looked at them.
"Yo bro, what's app?"
Saku stared at him.
"We don't have time!"
Arashio blinked.
"Why?"
"Ores is back."
Arashio's smile disappeared.
The wind suddenly passed through the garden.
"Ores...?"
Manasaki stepped forward.
"He's collecting cosmic elements."
Arashio looked toward the sky.
For a moment, he said nothing.
Then he cracked his fingers.
"Alright."
Saku nodded.
"Element Team?"
Arashio smiled.
"Element Team."
The three began running toward the city.
But none of them noticed the strange blue light appearing far above Earth.
Inside the darkness of space...
A damaged body slowly floated between the stars.
James.
His eyes suddenly opened.
He looked around.
"Kim..."
A mysterious voice whispered behind him.
"Your brother is not the only thing you should worry about."
James slowly turned around.
His eyes widened.
A mysterious figure stood behind him.
And behind that figure...
Seven elemental symbols appeared.
The Cosmicverse was beginning to awaken.
