Chapter 27 - Ch18. Alexanderia Bloodline ↑

{Alexander Vane's POV}

"Master," I began, my voice low, "I was born into one of the most powerful families on this planet. My family possesses an enormous amount of wealth and political influence—but the rules are harsh, especially for a weak boy like me.

My mother had reproductive complications, so my father arranged for an ovum from another woman, which was implanted into her through a gamete intrafallopian transfer. I was born alongside my twin sister.

The woman I call my godmother… she is something beyond this world. Her name is Olivia Alexanderia, and her political power and influence are nearly unmatched. From what I know, my father and my godmother were once comrades, bound by both trust and ambition."

Alexander continued, his dark eyes fixed on me, unwavering. "My godmother… she is the one who taught me—and my twin sister—the theory behind every martial art that has existed, and even those that may exist in the future.

Every stance, every principle, every hidden secret… I know them all.

"But," he paused, a bitter edge in his voice, "with all that knowledge and the influence I was born into, I became lazy… a spoiled, useless bastard.

My father despised me. My family looked at me as a failure. Even my own twin sister… she calls me weak.

"Now," he said, his hands clenching slightly, "I want strength. True strength—without their support, without anyone lifting me. That's why I'm here… with you, Master. Please… make me powerful."

{AKSHAT's POV}

I stared at Alexander, a smirk tugging at the corner of my mouth. "You really are a loser," I said flatly, letting the words sink in. "You've spent your whole life distancing yourself from your own family, and now… you want to learn from a stranger? Instead of your so-called godmother? Pathetic."

Alexander's jaw tightened, but he didn't argue. He just nodded, the stubborn fire in his eyes still flickering.

"Fine," I said, pacing slightly. "If you really want to prove yourself, do this first—arrange a picnic. Near Everheart Forest." I paused, letting the words linger. "It's my favorite place. Make it happen."

He blinked at me, then straightened with determination. "Yes, Master. Consider it done." And with that, he left.

_______________

Two days later

The announcement came over the school intercom: the entire school was going on a picnic… at Everheart Forest.

Akshat froze mid-step, eyes widening. He had thought this would be… just the two of them. A private session. A chance to see what Alexander was truly made of.

Instead, Alexander's influence—his wealth, his connections—had somehow turned it into a schoolwide event. Akshat's heart sank a little, though a small, twisted part of him couldn't help the flicker of excitement. At least… this was going to be interesting.

He crossed his arms, glaring at Alexander. "You… turned my little private picnic into a university-wide disaster?"

Alexander bowed slightly, his posture a blend of sheepishness and resolve. "I didn't plan it that way, Master. I… I just told them it was at Everheart Forest, and… well… everyone got excited."

"Everyone? Everyone?!" Akshat ran a hand through his hair, exasperated. "I thought this was supposed to be… just us!"

Alexander stepped closer, unwavering. "I know, Master. But… I didn't lie. It's at Everheart. I just didn't specify it was private. They asked, I told the truth."

Akshat snorted, muttering under his breath, "Truth… right… that's helpful."

Alexander's dark eyes met his, steady and unflinching. "Master, don't be angry. I… I wanted to impress you. I thought… maybe if I arranged a big event, you'd see my effort."

Akshat raised an eyebrow, smirking despite himself. "Effort? You just made a chaos playground out of my favorite forest. Impressive… in the wrong way."

Alexander's grin widened faintly. "Even so… I'll make it right. I'll follow your lead. I'll do whatever you want, Master."

Akshat tilted his head slightly, his expression softening fractionally. "Hmph. Fine. But next time… consult me first, or you'll regret it."

Alexander bowed deeply. "Yes, Master. I won't forget."

Akshat muttered under his breath, shaking his head, "…you really are a stubborn fool."

Alexander's eyes glinted with unwavering loyalty. "Yes, Master. But a loyal one."
