Chapter 61 - Biological monstrosity

Now that Gehrman was on his way, time to begin my next creation, my first creation where I use my new biological knowledge.

Firstly, I need to decide on what I need to create. The first thing is a basis from which I need to build this thing from the ground up. I need to pick a creature that I can mold into my new creation.

Until I found out the perfect thing build up from, Slimes. Honestly the species with the most potential if it wasn't for the fact that they didn't have any form of intelligence.

I'm off to Veldora's cave and maybe I'll stop by for a visit.

As I was walking through the cave, I was collecting slimes along the way. Making my way towards the prison.

When I made it there, I found the dragon with reading glasses and using a true dragon scale typewriter, "Wow, you've really become inspired by all the books I've given you."

"AHH, SIMON. WHY HAVE YOU TAKEN SO LONG TO COME VISIT ME?"

" Apologies but I didn't come here for you, I'm here to gather materials for a new creation."

"HUH! YOU'RE SO COLD!"

" Calm down, you seem to have evolved from your original boredom and made yourself a beautiful little nest."

"WELL, I CAN'T TAKE ALL THE CREDIT. I DID HAVE AN INCREDIBLE ROLE MODEL."

"Just don't go making romcoms or else my daughter will be coming for you."

Although it was hard to read a dragons facial cues, I could tell he was quite amused, "SIMON, I DOUBT YOU CAME HERE JUST FOR A GREETING."

I pulled out a crimson octahedron from nothingness, "This is a beacon, when the time comes, I want you to press the top of it."

" WHEN YOU SAY THE TIME, DO YOU MEAN WHEN THAT MONSTER COMES."

" Yes, the beacon will send a message that you are finally inside." I walked closer to dragon to give it to him. Veldora looked surprised at my actions, " Is there something wrong?"

" YOU… YOU JUST STEPPED INSIDE THE BARRIER." I looked behind and around me and realized… I straight up ignored the hero's seal. The infinity prison is nothing to me now, before I would've struggled to open this place up but now my command over spacetime means I can bend this prison as it's warden.

" I'm sorry you're gonna have to wait another 50 years for your saviour." I said with a deceptively sweet smile, " But I should do something more for you."

And before Veldora's eyes, the space began expanding giving Veldora more room to move, " HUH, I TRULY APPRECIATE THIS SIMON BUT I NEED ASK SOEMTHING THAT'S BEEN ON MY MIND THIS WHOLE TIME. WHAT MONSTER IS IT THAT WILL COME."

As I was walking out, I turned back to look at him, " A slime."

Veldora looked at me with surprise and was about to ask if I'm joking, until he saw my eyes, I was dead serious. He knew I made jokes but I was never a liar, " VERY WELL THEN. HOPE YOU DO WELL ON THIS NEXT PROJECT."

Now I had already prepped the Hihi'irokane in advance, now it was time to make the new machine or creature.

First I began experimenting on the slimes. More accurately on the slime cells from their viscous corpses.

" It really is true. Each cell acts simultaneously as nerve, muscle and brain cell all at once, this is fucking incredible. This means that each individual cell can hold consciousness, if slimes were smarter than they would easily become the most terrifying beast ever. Oh wait that did happen, or at this point in the timeline, will happen."

I began seeing what would happen under different conditions, such as intense heat, frost, high speed winds, crushed by space, spiritrons, nihility. Important note, I didn't overdo it but it seems that whatever cells remained, responded in tandem to the change in conditions and evolved.

It seems that I've created something insane. The slimes from my influence had gained minor sentience. The environmental conditioning had caused it to evolve beyond what it had become, I had created a weaker version of Rimuru cells although I don't really care about making those. Their powerful but I have no need for them at the moment.

I had finally decided to infuse the metal successfully… except I didn't have to.

The slime immediately consumed the Hihi'irokane and adapted to the material itself. The infusion of metal and slime had began and the metal had become malleable and viscous, the divine properties had began to change.

I wanted to test something else out, I fed the blueprint of his original design, I wanted to see if it's intelligence had become high enough to apply the knowledge it has been given.

Successful! It had actually transformed its body according to the what the blueprint had said and now life had been created once again, 'I'm the greatest!'

The body had become a red and light blue colour with four tendrils, two on each side to function as arms, it's chest agape to form some sort of core.

"Mhm, welcome to the world… Deoxys." As my magicules left my body and into Deoxys, I was amazed by this creation for one reason only.

I technically didn't create it, it created itself. Deoxys had brought itself into existence, not through my creation but through my guidance.

I used appraisal on it and found it had also created its own abilities.

It had three specific abilities. Two intrinsic skills being, Law manipulation and attribute conversion and one skill that is both unique and intrinsic at the same time.

[Unique skill: Evolution]

A skill that can force evolve skills, this mostly takes effect when damaged, meaning the more damage done to his body, the stronger he becomes, but he can also do it when he uses up a lot of energy on a skill.

This skill also has Ultraspeed regeneration, so it can fallback on that when it does become damaged.

Obviously, I didnt forget to copy and catalogue Attribute conversion and Evolution under Yggdrasil. Of course I had to make him use the abilities first to copy them.
