Chapter 3 - 7th Heavenly Dimension

Amelia and Yuki had gagged while feeling extremely nauseous from the sight of the blood, all splattered everywhere, covering hallways and rooms.

Lucian glanced over to them both and gives them water. Both Amelia and Yuki took the water bottles and drank from it, slowly removing the feeling of vomit.

Lucian: Not used to the scene huh...? I expected a cursed child to get used to seeing large pool of blood, especially you, Amelia.

Amelia: I can see why you're feared even by our boss... you're too experienced with these kind of situations.

Her soft and gentle voice trembled as she confirms Lucian's experience with these types of stuff.

Amelia: Who... are you really? I only got told by the boss that you're dangerous...

Lucian: Someone who will kill every supernatural beings, demons and Gods and will stop them from destroying the world.

Amelia felt her entire core and body tremble in fear as Yuki had reacted the same when Lucian first told him. The thought of Lucian being that powerful had still terrified him. It lingers in his mind.

Yuki: Can.. we just go? I don't want to be here anymore...

Yuki sweat drips from his face as he stood there with fear that could be heard from his tone. Lucian nodded and left while Amelia and Yuki followed behind him.

Lucian: I'll deal with everything later okay...? Let's focus on training you, that's the most important part of this after all..

He said with such calmness it scares Yuki and Amelia as they continued following from behind. They had started wandering through mountain ranges, and had continued walking for a few hours.

The sun had started setting, the sky becomes darker, and Lucian walks into a big empty space of the mountains and woods. They stopped walking.

Amelia: Where are we?

Lucian: Let's stop here for now...

Yuki examines the woods and sat down against a rock and sighs. There were still fear and negativity building up inside of Yuki.

Amelia and Lucian started setting up camp like tents and a fireplace in the middle to keep them warm.

Lucian glanced over to Yuki and sighs as he continued setting everything up with Amelia.

Yuki curled up into a ball against the rock, knees up to his chest and his face buried in his knees. He sat there in silence while Lucian completed the tent with Amelia.

He continued sitting against the rock, but then exhaustion kicked in. He was feeling tired, his eyes felt heavy and drooped with drowsiness. Yuki had fallen asleep against the rock, while the others had just went to sleep in their tents.

Yuki continued sleeping through the night, but a vision or image had played in his mind. In his vision, everyone around him had died, but got resurrected. The surroundings were red, like Hell. It was an infinite cycle of constant death and rebirth. He examined his surroundings, noticing everything is different from the real world.

His eyes widened in fear. Everyone in front of him, was dying and being reborn infinitely through any painful means. Bones being reconstructed, and beings getting erased. He started trembling more and more as he was left speechless.

Yuki: N-No... is this another nightmare? I'm scared... somebody.. help me..

His voice was quiet. Tears flowed downwards from his cheeks. He opened up his mouth again, but no sound came out. It was like someone had removed his vocal cords from his throat. At that moment, he had died.

Yuki had been resurrected, replaying the same vision as he trembles violently in fear. It was cruel. It was nightmarish. It was, by Yuki's definition, Hell.

???: "Yuki... save us..."

a slight faint voice had spoken up to Yuki, grabbing his attention. He glanced around, and suddenly, felt part of his lower torso missing.

Yuki looked downwards, a large part of his ribs were missing, including his organs. Then, he got resurrected again.

Visions were the same. It repeated after each death.

Next morning, Lucian and Amelia had woken up, and left their tents to see Yuki, now on the floor with tears flowing down.

Lucian walked over to Yuki, and gently kicked him with a tap on the back, but that gentle tap on the back with a kick, scared Yuki which caused him to sit up and scoot backwards, crying heavily, sweat dripping.

Yuki: I don't want to die anymore!

He screamed out which had grabbed Amelia's attention, and had startled Lucian. He noticed something's wrong.

Lucian: Hey... Yuki, what the hell happened...?

Yuki stared for awhile before wiping his eyes, then his eyes had fear. He had tried to calm down, but his hands tremble as he touches his neck, checking everything.

Lucian: You can speak to me...

Amelia ran over to the both of them with concerns in her eyes.

Yuki: I... I'm scared. Everyone died. I died. Each loop gets worse and worse. Infinite cycles of Death and Rebirth. You all died. One loop, everyone died. Second loop, everyone were the undead. Third loop, missing body parts or organs. Fourth loop, destruction to the planet.

His voice was soft and quiet as he stammered. Lucian looked at his eyes, seeing the immense fear. It was pain. Lucian's heart ached a bit as he sat down in front of Yuki, while Amelia was concerned, but left to clean everything up.

Lucian: Loops... do you know if these visions are real?

His question lingered in the air as Yuki glanced upwards at Lucian's eyes. His expression was calm compared to Yuki's feared expression.

Yuki: I... have no idea anymore. I don't know what's real or not between my visions and real life...

He hesitated while Lucian sat there in silence and sighed. He moved his hand to Yuki's shoulder and lightly tapped him.

Lucian: Let's train... and try to forget about it, okay?

His voice carried calmness, but also gentleness. Lucian isn't a dangerous man. In truth, he's just twenty-nine year old who understand the countless of situations very well.

Yuki nodded shyly, then stood up as Lucian had pulled out his katana.

Yuki: Y-You're... going to use a real sword as training...? You'll kill me...

Lucian: I'll go easy from the start.

Yuki was still terrified while Lucian charges towards him with no warnings. Yuki's eyes widened largely as he tries to dodge, but got grazed.

Lucian: Focus.. relax yourself. Try to at least avoid my attacks, got it?

Sweat dripped from Yuki's face and nodded. Lucian had then stepped backwards giving space between them while Amelia had finished cleaning up.

At that moment, Lucian, again, had charged towards Yuki without warning. Yuki continued trembling, but his legs was able to move out of a paralysis state.

That effort though, wasn't enough to avoid Lucian's sword attack. His attack effectively grazed Yuki's arm as he landed, then Lucian had sent out a shockwave-based attack towards him.

The shockwave was so powerful that it had sliced through multiple trees and the side cliff of a mountain. Yuki couldn't react to the attack as a deep cut had appeared, causing blood to be released from the wound.

Yuki: So... powerful! I might di—

His thoughts ended as his wound had suddenly disappeared like it hadn't happened.

Yuki: Did... you heal me?

There was a pause in between his words as Lucian sighs.

Lucian: Yeah, I did. Amelia will be training with you now. Well keep this up until you've unlocked your potential.

Amelia glanced over as she puts everything away with a curious expression. Yuki looked back at Amelia in the eyes as he sweats from nervousness and anxiety.

During that timespan, there was the afterlife, or also known as Heaven. Specifically, where the angels and others lives.

The Afterlife contains separated heavenly dimensions of its own that is being ruled by different ranked angels in the hierarchy. The Seraphim's rules the highest dimension.

???: I'm so bored! We can't get good things nowadays...

His angelic voice echoes through the palace as he groans. He stood up and had left the room. He walked through the palace as boredom continues building up.

His boots clicked on the marble floor of his palace as he exits through the front door. He had left his place and teleported to the other dimensions of heaven, paying some visits of other angels.

???: It sure is pretty out here, the beautiful golden colored sky, these really good smelling flowers, it's interesting to me.

He stopped by a garden to examine the different heavenly flowers that were planted and grew overtime.

An angel had walked by, noticing them as their wings were completely hidden from others.

Angel: Checking out the delicate flowers Sir Samuel?

The little angel's voice had echoed through the dimension beautifully.

Samuel: Yes. It is. They're beautiful. Although, the mortal realm is much prettier.

His chuckle was angelic and beautiful sounding. The angel smiled then left, leaving Samuel with his thoughts. He stood in the front of the flowers, analyzing the different flowers, and taking in the smell of the flowers he loves the most.
