Anna flagged down a taxi and went home, she turned on the light and change her footwear, the three rooms apartment is the only valuable thing they had left after selling everything they had when her mum was diagnosed with heart disease but she still wasn't able to survive.

She went to the fridge took out a bottle water and took a gulped, her phone beeped, staring at the screen, It was a debit alert from the bank, seeing the balance with only six thousand dollars left, she sign in distress.

She entered her room dropped her bag and left to freshing up in bathroom, immediately she came out she was wiping her hair, when a call came in, it was Alora. "I heard that dad is sick, how is it going, do you need help" Alora said in distress " It is fine, I'm sorting it out and I don't need help for now" Anna said
she knew the help Alora said was about cash, but she is just like her dad she doesn't like throwing her weight around.
"Just call me anytime uhn, I'm coming back next week, I will drop by to visited dad" Alora knew from Anna tone that the stress was getting to her.
"Alright, bye" Anna said and disconnected the call. Staring at the stars decorations on the ceiling that she and her parents did when she was little, she smiled, she had changed a lot of her room decoration except from this, it always gave a sense of protection, staring at the stars she decided to not give up.
In the morning, Anna woke up by seven am, due to her always waking up by this time her body is already used to it, she took her bath, wearing a black knee length dress, she took out a low heeled black shoe, quickly covering up the black eyes with make up, she checked her phone seeing that she received a five hundred thousand dollars from Alora, she knew that Alora but have seen through her already, quickly sending a thank you message to her, she picked up her bag and the document she printed out a long time already.
She went to the bus stop, took a bus to the company, immediately she entered she could feel the gossipy eyes following her, she knew Kate might have spread false news about her, after yesterday she finally know how information about her quickly get spread in the office, not bordering to greeting anybody, she knocked on Herold door.

"You finally decided to come, don't worry I won't treat you bad after a few nights I will also sign you as a actress after all who will help without any exchange nowadays" Herold grinned is yellow ish teeth peeking through after years of cigarettes.
Anna slammed the resignation documents on the desk ,she turned but turned back again, the years of resentment and humiliation can't allow her to go without any revenge, suddenly string of curses flew out of mouth, Herold watched bewildered as even his thinning hair wasn't left out.
"You.....you" he said seething in anger, "just see if you can get a job in this city", his hair and figure have always been what he cared most about since he considered himself quite a good catch.
Even though Anna knew she made a mistake but saying this, the sense of fulfilment and freedom she gained didn't let her think twice.
Stepping out of the company she decided to go and check in on her dad, sitting on the bus stop she suddenly burst into tears.
The thought of her dad kept coming back to her mind and what else she will do since she can't get a job that quickly and Herold statement too, even though her dream have always been to become an actress she had to let it go after seeing the burden on ground, which made Anna dad more disappointed in himself.

Suddenly a limited edition black Royce phantom packed, many by passers couldn't help but stop, the tinted glasses rolled down.
"You...come here" Davis said pointing at Anna, gazing at Anna. This woman she always look messy, he thought but still it didn't disgusted him, instead he suddenly felt annoyed about what made her cry after seeing her wide brown eyes which is red after crying, after yesterday he sent someone to get her information, but he didn't expect to meet her here.
Anna suddenly looked behind her after all, what does this big shot need her a small fry for, after seeing that it was her the big was calling for, seeing his attitude she suddenly get angry, does it think this lady doesn't have any temper pointing here and there calling her like his servant, suddenly the assistant who was acting as the driver sneeze.
But the small fish can't help but stand up, Davis picked up a document by his side and gave it to her and quickly rolled up the window, this woman her eyes is no good. He suddenly thought if it was the eyes that is attracting him
Adam the assistant and driver gave his ruffled boss a look and suddenly have a strange thought.
"Drive" he said coldly after noticing his gaze
Anna who was still dazed and frozen after receiving the documents suddenly ate a mouthful of dust, staring at the car which is already faraway, she suddenly cursed a few times, which make Davis who was in the car suddenly sneezed and thought of Anna eyes again.
Anna put the document in her bag even though she was curious, the bus is here already.
Immediately Anna arrived in the hospital she went to the nurse to pay for a dad medications but after hearing her all dad medications and surgery have been paid for, she quickly called Alora.
But after the call disconnected, she was still confused.
It wasn't Alora and she didn't know anybody else that can pay that amount of money for her. Even though she was still confused she transfered back the money Alora gave her.
