The room lighted up,
It was day again, time for more torture,
Smile opened his eyes slowly, he felt a little dizzy because he slept tired,
But wait why would he be tired if he just experienced a nightmare in his mind, perhaps it had a deeper truth.
He instinctively check the claw marks on his chest to make sure, he didn't dream twice last night.
He stood up and he felt his limbs severely weakened,
They felt brittle as if they can break anytime if even a little pressure was added.
He made his mind calm, he couldn't think of anything except connecting what's happening to him to his nightmare.
It had took an effect on him,
Soon he looked at Evelyn, she was still sleeping, her hair had fallen on her face completely covering it,
For a moment Smile forget everything and felt like moving her hair away with his hands.
But he soon came to his sense,
And thought, 'Phew love is weird'
Soon he became a little red and thought again, 'Lo..lov..love what the heck am i thinking about, I must leave her if she has to live'
Well that was true, though he didn't have a proper reason to help her,
It was his senses each of them begged him to help her for once even if it takes for them to get hurt.
He looked away from her and glanced at Ava, he still didn't forget the fact that she had high chances of being the spy.
Well
Today they would be free, he had calculated it,
Elena won't be coming any sooner, so Tom might give them chance to rest, before they had to kill themselves.
As expected,
Only the bodyguard came, he threw 3 food ration packs and went away without saying anything.
Evelyn and Ava soon woke up,
They had been quite close now since they had to co operate to pass the task,
Perhaps Ava didn't know she had to kill Evelyn if it came.
Smile glanced at Evelyn once, she was quite calm for the situation,
She reminded him of her,
Smile was really interested in her because she had excelled the tasks.
She did flawless perfomance in the 1st one, and had though she knew Smile was not gonna kill her, she acted fearful with Ava.
Smile was thinking like that,
Soon Tom came, it was pretty unexpected, but as it was late Smile knew he's just here to tell something.
Tom came looked at his watch with a cold expression, "Tomorrow we'll be ending the step 2 by making the ladies play Russian Roulette"
Soon Tom left as if he was in a hurry,
Tomorrow???, Smile thought Tom said there were 5 days till Elena comes, so why soon,
Things couldve gone wrong, but Russian Roulette, it all depended on luck, not even skills.
Smile thought, 'That bastard'
How will he help out Evelyn if she had to beat Ava in a game of luck,
And if Ava turned out to be spy, she would be in favour with Tom and learn some secrets about it.
But someone was unexpectedly going to die tomorrow, that was sure.
Smile thought of every possible way to cheat and win, but nothing succeeded.
He could not help her this time,
Just as he was holding his head bending down, leaning on the wall.
He felt a hand on his shoulder,
It was Ava, she said, "Don't worry, we'll try to escape this somehow"
Smile felt agitated, she was spouting nonsense, because by doing that all would die.
Smile shiftly moved her hand,
And gave her a stare warning her not to talk to him.
Ava had a sorrowful expression, she left.
But Smile, he was happy yet sad, because he knew how to save Evelyn, he knew how to cheat the game.
He had to thank Ava for giving him the idea.
He stood up and looked at Ava,
Then he smiled, "I'm sorry for being harsh, but thank you, I'll be forever grateful to you"
Evelyn looked at his in a confused state, it was the same with Ava.
He continued, "How do you guys plan to escape?"
Ava looked at him now serious, she replied, "I can kill Tom and the bodyguards"
She took a gun hidden in her dress,
His jaw dropped, his eyes widened, staring in shock he asked, "Ho..how?"
She replied, "I'm good at stealing in the dark"
Smile said, "Ok then hope you can use it and save us"
Ava nodded
Smile went back to his spot and sat thinking,
Well it was surprising for him to know that the bodyguard's gun were stolen in the darkness which the excelled in.
But that wasn't gonna change his harsh plan,
Because they wouldn't know who will be beyond that door and weather if it would even open,
It was a wealthy family so he wouldn't be surprised if ten bodyguards came down, and brutally assault them.
Smile did some workout with the girls and it was soon night time, the food came and it was eaten.
The lights soon went off,
He whispered to Evelyn, pls give me your knife, I'll loosen up this chain by tomorrow helping us to escape"
It was silent for a few moments and then soon, she gave her knife to him and slept.
And it was time for his plan.
He was gonna kill Ava tonight....
