Tom clapped and 5 girls were brought down, they were wearing ragged clothes, they looked quite older but they were still teenagers and they offered resistance, which meant they were kidnapped.
'But why would be call them when he said, I was the only person he would be training' Smile thought.
They were all binded to a chain beside him, Smile did not know what would happen of them.
They soon left,
Smile took initiative and asked their names,
1st girl said, "I'm Ava, 17 years old"
2nd girl said, "I'm Teresa, 18 years old"
3rd girl said, "I'm Evelyn, 16 years old"
4th girl said, "I'm Jessica, 17 years old"
5th girl said, "I'm Valera, 19 years old"
Smile replied in a deep tone, "I'm Smile, 15 years old"
That's right he was now 15, he had celebrated his birthday getting tortured by Tom.
Ava asked, "How long have you been here for"
"I lost the count after a week"
"What are they gonna do to us"
"Probably torture"
"Will we able to live"
"Depends on you"
Evelyn slowly got up and came closer to Smile, she touched his face, "Are you alright you look like you suffered a lot"
Smile knew it if Elena somehow found this out Evelyn would be in grave,
He quickly threw her hands off, "Don't touch me!"
Other girls were alerted.
Evelyn didn't seem to be bothered much, it was as if she had expected this to happen.
A bodyguard came threw 6 ration packs and went away.
Smile was quite happy that today he won't be tortured like always.
They all ate a part of their food, some spent time in silence, some inspected, some cried.
But Smile knew one thing for sure, they were either gonna kill or get killed.
Time passed, night came Elena wasn't here surprisingly.
Lights were offed,
Some of the girls started to scream.
Valera being the elder took care of them, Smile slept after they all did.
He was woken up by a girl sobbing, it was Evelyn she hadn't slept,
Everyone were sleeping at that time,
Evelyn's chain was right beside his so she was closest to him.
He didn't want to but he asked anyways, "Are you alright?"
She looked at him surprised that he was awake and continued to sob, "I wanna go back home"
Smile felt a nostalgic feeling remembering home when he was with his grandparents in their village.
Smile went closer to her and hugged her Evelyn was surprised but she went on with it Smile spoke, "Sorry for what I did earlier because if the one who made us be here saw us, you would've been killed by her"
Evelyn understood what he said and hugged him tightly as if it would be their last one.
Smile came back to his place, time passed and all the girls were awake now.
He was curious to find out what would be step 2.
Speak of the devil, Tom came, "Alright Young kids, let's start Step 2 : Adapting to Murder"
The other girls were confused,
Smile's eyes were widened he knew someone was gonna die today.
The bodyguards tied the girls chain in the centre to the floor,
Smile looked at Tom to which he replied, "You'll just be a spectator"
Smile looked at him in silence.
Tom announced, "Alright ladies, now the task is all of you must kill one person or else I will kill all of you"
He took out a gun.
The girls were very scared, Smile could see each of their expressions.
For some reason Evelyn first looked at Smile with sorrowful eyes as if asking for help.
Smile held eye contact with her.....he was gonna help her,
He moved his eyes around in a circular way and brought them down swiftly, he didn't expect her to understand but she gave a slight nod.
Tom added, "Time limit would be 2 minutes"
The girls looked at each other, everyone were given a knife.
One of them came up, it was the eldest Valera, "Ladies, I'm gonna announce who we are gonna kill, Being the youngest Evelyn you'll have to die dear" Valera gave a devious smile.
Other girls had bowed their head, Valera swiftly moved and threw the knife Evelyn was holding, she was now defenseless.
She quickly moved behind her and started to run away from her,
Smile was quite surprised looking at her agility, nobody could've guessed that.
Valera chased behind her pointing knife towards her, other girls just stood in silence.
Evelyn dodged it again and went around the centre, making Valera follow,
Valera was quite tired now, quickly Evelyn stopped and went extremely close to her and went behind her once and fell down hurting her leg.
Smile was shocked looking at what she had done, she had Tangled the chains, the moment Valera would run, Valera would fall.
And to confirm the kill and make Valera rush, Evelyn had fallen behind the knife, she fell quite some distance behind, that was a mistake.
Valera ran towards her, even if she fell she would eventually reach Evelyn before she took her knife.
But Valera didn't wake up.
Her eyes started bleeding as if it got stabbed very deep.
Valera had died...
Smile had thrown the piece of plastic pipe just before she fell, to ensure the kill.
Perhaps he was lucky with the accuracy or it was something else.
