"thoughts and Text" 'mid dialogue actions'
25 minutes pass as everyone is in the second common room, Demos and Catherina are sitting on the right couch, Irene and Sara are on the left couch, and Samantha is standing in the middle of the room.
Samantha: Since we are all here, I think the best course of action is for us to split up into teams
Demos: I work better alone, and since we are an odd number, I think it's better since we can form two teams of two
Samantha: Well, if that's what you want, and no one else has an issue with it, then I think it's fine
For a brief moment, no one speaks.
Samantha: Seems like no one has an issue with it, so you can go alone. For Team one, it will be Irene and me, and for Team two, it will be Catherina and Sara.
Everyone splits into their own teams as Demos exits the house first, as he goes in the opposite direction of the shore, which is a forest. He walks through the forest as he hears leaves crunching to his right and some strange noises. He crouches down and slowly goes to the noise, and sees a deer on the floor with a poorly made wooden spear in its side, as it's dead. Standing around it are two goblins wearing some sort of torn pants that goblins usually wear, as they look exactly like the hologram ones he fought. Demos raises his hand and focouses as a small ball of flame appears as its the size of a small rock, Demos moves his arm back as he does a throwing motion with all of his strength as the small ball of flame flies through the air as it hits the goblin in the back of the head as it slightly scorches the back of the goblin head, both of them turn around and spot him, the hurt goblin is unarmed while the other one has a knife.
Demos:" I fought the holograms, and I did good, but since then, I gained a mana heart, and it increased my physical powers, so this should be easy."
The goblins both run at him, he fully stands up and dodges to the right as the one with the knife misses, but the other one grabs onto his left leg and bites into his leg.
Demos: That's fucking hurts
With full power Demos raises his right hand and hits the goblin head as he caves it in as the goblin dies as it falls onto the floor, the other goblin is already running at Demos but when he sees the goblin its too late, it stabs him in the leg, as on a reflex Demos swings his right hand and it hits the goblin on the side of it caving it in as the goblin dies, after calming down for a bit, Demos looks at what he did.
Demos: "I did this? I completely zoned out and moved without thinking. I didn't know I was this strong... I killed a monster..... it had a life, and I took it.... but I don't feel regret.... is that normal... A-"
In the middle of his thoughts, he feels a sting in his leg as he looks down at the knife in his leg. For a moment, it was a sting, then it became a throbbing pain as he fell to the floor, and he screamed in pain.
Demos: AHHHHHH!!!!
He takes off his shirt, rips the sleeve off, and then he slowly takes the knife out of his leg and uses the sleeve to make a makeshift tourniquet around his wound. He slowly gets up and leans on a tree, then he limps towards the dead deer. As he reaches the dear he fully pulls out the spear from the deer, he sees it's a long, sturdy wooden stick with a jagged rock at the end, as it's bound to the stick with some sort of green vine. He continues to walk further into the forest using the spear as a makeshift walking stick. About half an hour passes as Demos reaches the end of the forest, which blends into a plain, as far as the eye can see. Walking among the plains are farm animals. He continues to walk forward as he spots a single goblin wearing pants and a belt that's holding a dagger made of sticks, vines, and a jagged rock, and it's holding a leather bag full of sticks. Demos crouches down as he slowly moves toward the goblin, then stands when he is close enough, planting his feet. Using the spear, he impales the goblin in the back as it lets out a big screech as it turns around. Still, Demos is already moving with the knife as he stabs the goblin in the heart, killing it. While he is doing that, he falls onto one knee to the pain in his leg, as with the goblin dead, Demos sits beside it and grabs the goblin dagger and the bag full of sticks. He looks through the bag and finds that it only has sharp sticks and nothing else. Demos hears a sound to his right as he turns and sees 4 goblins, with each of them holding a dagger with one hand and a bag of sticks and on the other hand they are all holding daggers.
Demos uses the spear to help him get up faster. He sees the goblins are charging him. He moves to the right, dodging the two farthest to his left, the two other ones that are in range go to attack as Demos is to kick the right one of the two in the chest as crack sound when Demos foot made contact as the Goblin got knocked back about 2 feet and landed on its back, the other Goblin opened its mouth and sinked its teeth into Demos other leg as Demons made a grunt in pain, Demos was going to attack the goblin thats latched onto his leg but the other two goblins jumped onto Demos knocking him on his back.
