After Jin tells his story to Handikiz, he could do nothing but laugh manically while Jin gives him the look of disappointment. As he still remembers the past but looks back at the two brothers who saved him as he laughed even harder.
"Still after ten whole years, you're still the same Jin as usual. Carefree and naive"
Jin gritted his teeth "Is that why you kill Vant, was it because of how we act"
"No Jin, although it was soothing to hear your brother screaming in agony" suddenly a surge of wind appeared behind Handikiz as Jin levitates and flings his boomerang towards Handikiz.
But he manages to catch it with ease as he begins to observes his boomerang and feels a bit nostalgic by the sight. "Ah the same boomerang you had since we first met, and even saved me with"
Then Handikiz saw the small scar on Jin left lower cheek he grinned by that scar "I think I can make another arrangement"
Then Handikiz uses Jin's boomerang the blade side and slashes Jin's check giving him another wound bigger than his other scar almost connecting the two, and Jin screams in agony.
"And just to make sure its more. Permanent" Handikiz lites Jin's boomerang into flame as he puts it closer towards Jin's face and sizzles Jin's wound making sure that scar is permanent as Jin screams into more agony while destroy his weapon in the process.
Gale and Dani can only watch in total disgust and anger towards Handikiz "that's it we have to help them"
Dani tries to get closer to her friends by Gale stops her "we have to wait for Ralian's signal"
"Gale, I am witnessing my friends getting torture by the man who I used to respect and called the great mage, and your telling me not to engage"
Then Gale then kneels down as to get to the same height as Dani "Dani I once had someone dearly to my heart. But when one faithful event happened and my friend tried to tell me not to engage, I didn't hesitate as to listen to them as my village was being attacked. And I had to suffer the consequences of my actions"
"What was they're name"
"His name was the same name as I. I thought if I could take his mantle and become this faceless knight then I would have known that I am Gale Night, though I may have ruined his reputation"
"Gale you know that a legacy isn't made by passing down to another, you have to create your own, and I believe that you had made one for yourself."
Gale listening to Dani's words gave them some confidence as Gale looks down upon their own body as Gale wants to reveal something to Dani. Gale then moves their hands closer towards the helmet that was been keeping their identity sacred for years. As Gale then takes off they're helmet for Dani shocked as Gale is showing they're true face. But due to the shadow covering most of Gale's face. They only reveal half of they're face to Dani, as they have a burned scar covering the right side of Gale and Gale long silver hair. Along with darkened eyes with a bring white circle as it glows a bit.
"So can you promise me that you have faith in Ralian"
Dani still looks completely shocked for witnessing Gale's face, but knows the trust Gale had placed onto her not just trusting in Ralian, but keeping Gale's identity a secrete to everyone.
"I'll try and you'll have my word, and when's the time is right I keep this secret for a long as possible"
"thank you Captain Dani" then Gale nodded puts back they're helmet and they wait for Ralian signal.
But it was quicker than they thought as they spotted Ralian from the other side of where they are and into the shadows dark enough so Handikiz cannot see her, and as they see her, Ralian raises his hand as to signal then to strike. Gale and Dani quickly get prepared as Ralian's fingers are counting to three she then puts one of her fingers down one by one till her last finger and once it goes down, Gale and Dani soon started their pursuit.
Charging towards Handikiz as Dani summons a fireball spell which causes Handikiz to be knocked away from Jin and Venny as Ralian fires arrows laced with seed a pierces through the rags of Handikiz clothing as she expands the seeds and wrapped around Handikiz temporarily subduing him as Ralian quickly gets Jin and Venny off from a binding spell that is keeping them onto the wall and they immediately summon a huge attack towards Handikiz with a mixture of wind and blood sets off a powerful knock back causing Handikiz to be launch through a library of books and they immediately grabbed their weapons
"Thanks guys" Jin giving them praise for their efforts and starts walking towards Handikiz where he is now trying to pled for his life.
"Stop trying to play the victim Handikiz. Your finish!"
Quickly encasing Handikiz in a barrier of wind as he tries to speak but realizes he cannot speak.
"The barrier I encase cannot let sound out. No more spells for you to summon". Suddenly Jin senses metal rattling relentlessly along with guards approaching them.
"Be on your guard" Jin creates wind constructs as he leads them to search for any danger near them and everyone is quickly to be on guard for the upcoming threat towards them. And they all suddenly hear fists and weapons clashing from a distance, along with burst of wind vanishing from the wind constructs and Jin suddenly felt a pain in his chest and started to cough out blood.
"Jin" Ralian quickly went towards Jin's side and tried to heal him but she was shoved by Jin.
"Don't waste your magic on me. We only need to face the danger that is ahead of us"
As Jin began to cough more blood out "well did you sense what we're facing"
"Only for a glimpse its mostly armor and most of them are empty but they are moving"
"Living armor" Ralian is quickly into a fright
"Is something wrong Ralian" Dani asking curiously
"Oh this is bad, did I forgot to mention Ralian is afraid of living armor"
"What!? Aren't you her partner armor despite hiding your identity with that bulky armor"
"True but due to one of our early adventures when she first joined, we had to adventure to an abandoned village and Ralian sense dark magic in the air once and we had to split up to spread more ground. Unfortunately Ralian had to go towards one of the armory and found herself in a huge room full of armor, and she tries to take a close look but when she got into the middle of the room all the amour started to move and began to attack her. She did manage to get out there life though almost bleeding out when she got out and she never wants to go into a empty room without company" Gale quickly explained as they somehow remembers the whole incident as much to Ralian's embarrassment.
"Being scared of living armor is like children being scared for the boogeymen" Venny scolding yet giggling at Ralian for her fears.
"Look I was new okay, and it was my first time facing them"
"If your still living in fear then that's a cowards weakness"
"Shut up Venny and focus on what's at hand"
"Sure I'll take orders from someone who's scared of metal".
Ralian groans towards Venny a bit, before they all suddenly hear more footsteps getting closer towards them, and suddenly they also hear vines getting cut and it falls to the ground. They all quickly turned themselves towards their attention to only see Handikiz free from the vines. As he then somehow shattered the wind barrier Jin created as taking down Handikiz is harder than expected.
