Faye Wyatt and her three sweeties had a blast. The four of them drank a little too much and ended up staying the night at Faye's place.
When they woke up, it was already high noon. The motorized curtains slowly opened from both sides, and brilliant sunlight streamed in through the huge floor-to-ceiling windows.
Sylvia Brooks was the first to wake up. She had already washed up and was sitting in the living room, ordering food on her phone.
"Summer, morning," Renee Jennings said, sitting down next to her. "What are you looking at?"
"Morning, Renee," Sylvia Brooks said, handing her the phone. "Ordering food. I'm starving. See if there's anything you want."
Renee sat cross-legged and took the phone. "Michelle and Faye aren't awake yet."
"Yeah," Sylvia Brooks said. "Let's let them sleep a little longer."
"Okay, I'll order for them too, then."
"Sure."
An hour later, the doorbell rang.
The food Sylvia Brooks had ordered had arrived.
