His original plan had been to destroy a single Neutral City and then secretly investigate the aftermath. However, a mandatory quest had forced his hand, and he ended up destroying all the Neutral Cities in the entire special region at once. Now, although things hadn't gone according to his original plan, the result was still acceptable. At the very least, the Intelligent NPCs and bosses from the destroyed cities had gathered to communicate, which was exactly what he wanted.

As his visual Detection swept over them, a cacophony of voices instantly flooded Shen Fei's ears:
"What in the world happened?"
"What's going on??"
"Why were the cities destroyed?"
"Was it just our Ice Domain's cities that were destroyed, or did this happen in all the special regions?"
"Who!"
"Who the hell did this?"
"What do we do?"
"What's our next move? Should we leave this region and seek refuge in another ice region, or should we stay here and keep investigating the cause?!"
