THUD!
The Flying Claw landed another punch, knocking the man unconscious on the spot as he stared back in despair.
'What's the most effective way to prevent him from using some hidden trump card to escape?'
'Destroy his Golden Core, of course!'
Xiao Chen found the right spot, his right hand forming a claw as he focused his strength into his five fingers.
SCHLICK!
His hand, like five sharp blades, instantly tore through the Spirit Robe over the man's abdomen. He seized the Golden Core and crushed it on the spot.
'How strange.'
Xiao Chen mused curiously as he removed the man's Storage Ring. 'That crimson flash from just now... why did it look so much like the Blood Escape Technique?'
Although he hadn't seen the man spit out Essence Blood to activate a Talisman, he could still discern traces of a Demon Technique from the bloody light.
He made a mental note of this suspicion.
