The last time Mia Grant had been to such a lively place was when her classmates had dragged her out to see the world while she was studying abroad.
Of course, she wasn't alone today, either. Her old roommate lived nearby and had come out with her after hearing she was going.
After graduating from college, everyone else from their dorm had left Jynsia. Only the two of them still remained.
Her roommate arrived a few minutes before she did, and her eyes lit up when she saw Mia's outfit.
"Wow, Kitty, you look gorgeous in that! I've been wanting to say this since college—you really suit red."
"You'd also be great with this kind of sexy style. It's a shame you always dressed like a high schooler back in college."
There was even a hint of regret in her tone.
Mia Grant took off her coat and sat down beside her. "It's not too late to start now."
"This doesn't look like something you'd buy for yourself," her roommate said, watching her with a grin.
