As Shunsui held his straw hat with his hand to avoid making it fly away from the chakra waves coming from Guy who had opened four of his gates, he mumbled, "Come Guy. Show me what you got."
And Guy decided to do just that, show Shunsui what he has been training for the past year. The next second Guy was behind him and Shunsui could not even react to him.
Guy kicked Shunsui, sending him crashing to the wall. Everyone in the crowd expected there to be a loud impact but to their shock and suprise Shunsui bounced off the wall.
He had changed the game Pinball so that he could cusion his fall but it did nothing to the pain that he was in after suffering that kick.
With the bounce Shunsui was in air and was about to drop straight at Guy with his swords but Guy had other plans.
Guy appeared next to him midair through a sheer physical strength jump and slammed him in the stomach with a kick that sent him crashing to the ground at a very high speed.
Sadly the ground was not something that changed in the pinball game and thus Shunsui crashed hard into it. The impact created a small crater and dust rose into the air.
Shunsui got up as he spit some blood from his mouth. While he did not say this, Shunsui prided himself in his own endurance and durability.
Guy was already behind him as Shunsui spun to block his fist with his swords but as the fist and sword came together, he was sent skidding back from the force of the blow.
As he was skidding back, he stabbed at the ground or rather his own shadow. His sword came out of Guy's shadow and went through his calf who grunted in pain. He had not expected a sudden change in game even though he knew about the game Kageoni from being with Shunsui for such a long time.
He then kicked the shadow blade with his other leg and then jumped in his own shadow to come behind Shunsui after realising what game was being played.
But Shunsui was expecting this as when Guy came behind him from his shadow, he switched the game once again.
Shunsui's kimono fluttered as a green vest underneath his kimono was revealed.
It was just a small distraction to Guy who thought 'Shunsui does not like green colour. Why is he wearing that?'
Shunsui muttered "Irooni" as he swung his sword to meet Guy's kick. Before his sword could connect he said "Green."
As the two attacks met, Guy was sent flying with immense strength with a deep cut on his leg as blood poured from it.
Shunsui had changed the game to Irooni (Color Demon). In this game, Players call out a color and can only strike the opponent on areas bearing that color.
Damage scales proportionally to the amount of the declared color the attacker is wearing themselves.
With Guy completely wearing green and Shunsui having a vest of green color it was a very critical hit. The crowd gasped at the power of the technique and how effectively Shunsui had used it.
Guy with both his legs deeply injured still somehow managed to stand up. And appeared next to Shunsui with a little less speed but still impressive speed. He punched at Shunsui who managed to flash step away as Guy's attack struck the ground.
Since Irooni was still active and Guy was covered in green, the attack's power was amplified as the entire ground with small grass cracked.
Even Guy looked surprised at that. Shunsui managed to regain his footing. 'Phew dodged that bullet,' he thought.
He looked at the bleeding and wobbling Guy. 'He cannot even stand yet he still fights.' He smiled.
'And he still fights with a smile on his face to show the world that he should not be underestimated and neither his father should be who taught him how to fight.'
'I am sure that he can also open another gate. And if that happens I am done for. He is already too fast and strong for me. Well, I guess I will have to use that game,' Shunsui thought.
The game that he wanted to use was Copycat. Yup. Copying what the other is doing.
What that meant was simply Guy could use whatever Shunsui could but without his swords, most of that was meaningless.
Similarly Shunsui could use whatever Guy did even open eight inner gates. And with that boost he would be able to match Guy in both power and speed.
'But my body is not trained to handle that much stress. I would have at most ten seconds before any of my bones break if I use the eight inner gates like Guy,' Shunsui thought as he prepared to change the game.
"I give up," Guy suddenly said as he fell on the ground with him closing his eight gates as he took deep tired breaths.
"Huh?" Shunsui looked at him confused and shocked. "You could have completely cut my leg off before but you held back and did not push the sword much further," Guy said which was true since Shunsui with Irooni could have split Guy's leg clean off considering the power increase of him wearing green.
"It was a good fight Shunsui. You might have won today but I will continue to train even more and surpass you one day," Guy said with a smile as Orochimaru declared Shunsui as winner as the crowd cheered at the best fight of the tournament so far.

Author Note: Now you all might think that Copycat is a very overpowered game but it is not. It has its own limitations and others could use it to their advantage too. When Shunsui uses the game, I will explain in detail. Thankyou
