Chapter 4 - Chapter 4

Laying bed and nearly drifting off to sleep, Amber jolts awake when she hears a sudden gunshot right outside her room. Peeking out the window, she notices three men standing in the parking lot when one of the men punches the one leaning against his car in the gut. The two then drag him away from sight and around the corner. Slipping on her shoes, Amber carefully and quietly leaves her room, following the men. Hearing yelling, she hides behind a dumpster as the two men beat down the third man as he pleads for them to stop. To avoid being spotted, Amber is able to get away unnoticed and heads back to her room when another gunshot rings out, stopping her and indicates they just killed the man. Locking the door behind her, Amber starts pacing as she picks up her phone to call her boss but stops as he does not know she is there. Packing her clothes and items, she goes to her car when the two men appear and corner her from escaping, but she knees one of them in the balls and using her keys in her fist slashes the other across the face before getting into car and locking the car as she cranks it up and drives away. However, the men are able to catch up to her in their vehicle and pursue her as she starts taking various turns in an attempt to lose them, but to no avail. Pulling up next to her, she looks at the two as they slam into her multiple times as they force her off the road as she tries to gain control of her vehicle. The car slams into a ditch and flips onto its hood. Wounded, Amber slowly crawls out from her wrecked vehicle, her head bleeding as is her mouth. The two men get out of their car and approach her slowly as one of them delivers a hard kick to her ribs to keep her down.

Unnamed thug: Should have minded your business.

The two men start to brutally beat her to a pulp and is shot in the stomach. Leaving her to bleed out, they drive away from the wreckage as she passes out, and everything goes dark.

Because the car crash looked like an actual car accident, Mark and his crew are not at all held accountable nor suspicious of it and get away with it once more. That is except for Lloyd, who knows that Mark is responsible just like he is also responsible for the death of his sister.
