The battle between Karl and Abraxas had caused an enormous disturbance.
The power unleashed during their battle could be felt across half the Multiverse.
Whether it was the Destruction Tide or the tremendous magical power Karl had summoned, both were extraordinarily conspicuous.
Even the gods gathered at the center of the Multiverse were left stunned.
"Abraxas has struck again."
"As expected of the destroyer of the Multiverse. He actually unleashed power of that magnitude."
"What a pity. I wonder who was out there fighting him."
Infinity sensed the fluctuations and could not help commenting.
Among the Five Great Gods, not all of them had good relationships with one another.
Oblivion and Eternity had never seen eye to eye, so naturally they would not stay together.
Therefore, only Infinity, Eternity, and Galactus were present here.
"No matter who it was, they should already be dead."
"Unless they're beings at our level, there's no way they could withstand that kind of power."
"The Destruction Tide is an attack produced in response to the will of the Multiverse itself."
"It simply isn't something an ordinary being can withstand."
Galactus shook his head.
No matter who had been fighting Abraxas, their death would be a loss for the Multiverse.
"What a pity. That was far too reckless."
"Why fight outside the center?"
"If this had happened in the Main Universe, something like this would never have been allowed."
Eternity sighed as well.
"That's true."
"Under an attack like that from Abraxas, there's simply no reason anyone should have survived."
"Even we might not be exceptions."
Infinity sighed again.
"We're different."
"We could survive."
"But other beings are another matter."
Eternity shook his head.
Abraxas's terrifying destructive power was simply not something an ordinary being could withstand.
The three cosmic gods continued discussing the matter.
However...
After Abraxas's overwhelmingly powerful destructive attack, they suddenly sensed another terrifying surge of energy.
"This is...!"
Shock appeared on the faces of all three gods.
"Exile of Singhsoon!"
"That's a Sorcerer from the lineage of Kamar-Taj!"
"But since when did Kamar-Taj have a Sorcerer this powerful?"
"You've got to be kidding me!"
Eternity could not help exclaiming.
The intensity of this attack was already comparable to his own power.
It might even surpass him.
Cosmic status and combat strength were two completely different things.
As one of the Five Great Gods, Eternity possessed many extraordinary abilities because of his naturally superior cosmic status.
With a single thought, he could alter the entire Multiverse.
That was because he inherently existed on a higher level.
However...
When it came purely to combat, he was not necessarily unrivaled.
There were plenty of beings in the Multiverse capable of defeating him.
And now another one had appeared?
A Sorcerer from Kamar-Taj?
Hearing Eternity's words, Galactus and Infinity immediately reacted.
"A Sorcerer?"
"That shouldn't be possible!"
"Among mortals, aside from Mutants, there's actually someone this powerful?"
"Could he be the product of some kind of experiment again?"
Infinity asked suspiciously.
"No. I recognize this aura."
"This isn't some ordinary person. It's Karl."
"I've sensed the fluctuations of his soul before."
"But that kid actually survived?"
Eternity's expression became uncertain, and his emotions fluctuated violently.
What was going on?
Karl had actually taken Abraxas's attack head-on and survived?
Now that was extraordinary.
Even Eternity felt as though he had witnessed something completely unprecedented.
A mere mortal had actually managed to withstand Abraxas's power!
What had Karl relied on to accomplish that?
Was it this so-called magic?
Eternity's thoughts raced, but no matter how hard he considered it, he could not find an answer.
"Wait!"
"Abraxas's presence has disappeared!"
Eternity suddenly shouted.
Although he could not sense Abraxas's exact location, as one of the Five Great Gods, Eternity could sense Abraxas's existence.
As long as Abraxas remained alive somewhere within this Multiverse, Eternity could perceive him.
But now he could no longer sense Abraxas at all.
That meant Abraxas's current body had already been destroyed.
After some time passed, he would resurrect somewhere within an unknown corner of the Multiverse.
Karl had actually killed Abraxas?
That kid...
Was actually this monstrous?
The other two gods standing before Eternity were not quite as overwhelmed as he was, but their expressions were equally remarkable.
"That shouldn't be possible."
"That was Abraxas."
"How could an ordinary mortal possibly kill him?"
Infinity could not help speaking.
"There's no point making excuses anymore."
"Abraxas is dead."
"We've gained some breathing room."
Galactus spoke calmly.
As the strongest among the three present, he naturally had somewhat more confidence.
He was also more capable of accepting what had happened.
Even so, the shock in his heart was no less intense than that of the other two.
It seemed the Multiverse now had three more beings whose combat strength was comparable to the Five Great Gods.
Whether their cosmic status had actually reached the same level was another matter.
But in terms of sheer combat power...
Karl had undoubtedly reached the level of the Five Great Gods.
At the very least, Eternity alone probably could not defeat Abraxas.
That remained true even when Abraxas had not fully recovered his power.
After all, Eternity was not a cosmic god who specialized in battle.
However, they soon suppressed their shock and resumed their discussion.
"Destroying Abraxas's body is still a good thing."
"It will take time for his body to reconstruct itself. That gives us time."
"We should prepare ourselves and find a way to stop Abraxas—or perhaps eliminate him completely."
Galactus spoke coldly.
"Eliminate him completely?"
"Impossible."
"Even the Living Tribunal could only seal him. How could we possibly kill him?"
"He was born alongside the destruction of the Multiverse."
"He is the herald of this world's destruction. You understand perfectly well that he cannot truly die."
Eternity shook his head.
Just like them, Abraxas represented one of the most fundamental aspects of existence.
He represented a certain concept.
Such an existence could not truly be destroyed.
Only by erasing the corresponding concept from the world itself could Abraxas completely disappear.
But obviously, that was impossible.
Destruction would always exist.
"What if we use the Ultimate Nullifier?"
Galactus spoke calmly.
"What?"
"You want to use that artifact?"
Eternity was immediately shocked.
The Ultimate Nullifier was unquestionably one of the most terrifying artifacts in existence.
It could erase most beings from reality.
Even the Five Great Gods could be affected by its terrifying power.
But...
Would it truly be enough to deal with Abraxas?
Furthermore...
The Ultimate Nullifier was not something just anyone could use.
The amount of power it could unleash depended on the will of its wielder.
The stronger the wielder's will, the more terrifying the power it could release.
In the hands of an ordinary person, the Ultimate Nullifier might not even be more effective than a handgun.
Even if they decided to use such an artifact...
Who could possibly wield it?
