The Bribe Negotiation
The inside of the tax department was a depressing, highly dusty maze of paperwork and old filing cabinets. The Head Officer led them into his main office, which was cramped, dimly lit, and smelled like cheap coffee and despair.
The Head of the Department aggressively threw himself into his squeaky main chair behind a battered metal desk. Kniya, Malesh, Filoska, and Salesh all squeezed together on a cheap, uncomfortable leather sofa on the opposite side of the room.
Malesh immediately took control of the situation. He leaned forward, resting his elbows on his knees, and locked his dark, analytical eyes directly onto the officer.
"So," Malesh initiated, his voice completely flat and deadpan. "How much money do you actually want to take?"
The Head Officer sighed, pulling open a drawer and throwing a massive, heavily stamped ledger onto the desk.
"My department already provided your company with the official tax document," the Head stated tiredly. "It has the total amount of the massive corporate taxes you owe us. You can pay it right now by certified check or straight cash."
"No, no. Not that amount," Malesh corrected mechanically, waving his hand dismissively at the official ledger. "I am logically talking about your amount."
The entire room went dead silent. The Head Officer instantly analyzed the sentence. The tired, exhausted look on his face completely vanished, replaced by a cold, homicidal fury.
"I don't take any kind of fucking bribes from anyone," the Head Officer declared, his voice dropping into a dangerously low whisper. "So, I am just telling you in advance, right now, in case you didn't know who the fuck you are dealing with."
Malesh didn't even blink. He completely ignored the deadly warning.
"Look, logically speaking, every man has a mathematical price," Malesh pushed flatly, reaching into his blazer to pull out a massive checkbook. "You are an honest guy, sure. But we are billionaires. We can literally buy this entire building and fire you, or we can just double your lifetime salary right here, in cash, and you can just misplace that ledger—"
The Isekai Trigger
"I SAID NO FUCKING BRIBES!"
The Head of the Tax Department violently kicked his chair back. In one fluid, terrifyingly fast motion, the "honest" government official reached beneath his desk, pulled out a massive, fully loaded heavy-caliber service pistol, and completely lost his absolute fucking mind.
BANG!
The first bullet caught Salesh directly in the chest.
"My immune system—!" Salesh choked out, his eyes going incredibly wide as he clutched his bleeding shirt. "I always knew the government was incredibly toxic... but I didn't think it was literally fatal! You are violating my health insurance—!"
Salesh violently collapsed off the leather sofa, hitting the floor completely dead.
BANG!
Filoska didn't even have time to negotiate. The second shot hit the aristocratic Vice President right between the eyes. Her head snapped back, and she slumped backward against the cheap plaster wall, instantly dead, her aristocratic composure completely ruined.
"What the fuck?!" Kniya screamed, dropping his mint gum in sheer, unfiltered horror as he frantically scrambled backward on the couch.
BANG!
The third bullet ripped straight through Kniya's chest. The billionaire violently fell backward onto the dusty carpet, coughing up a massive amount of blood. But his chaotic, arrogant capitalist ego absolutely refused to let him die quietly. He aggressively raised a shaking hand, giving the tax officer a bloody middle finger.
"I will see you in another world!" Kniya screamed at the top of his lungs, laughing hysterically while bleeding to death. "Fuck you, tax officer! Fuck you! I logically know that your dick is incredibly small, and that is exactly why you're killing me! I don't give a fuck! I am still infinitely richer than you—!"
Kniya violently choked on his own blood, his chaotic energy finally extinguishing as his head hit the floor, dead.
Through all of this absolute carnage, Malesh just sat there. He didn't scream. He didn't panic. He simply stared at the smoking barrel of the heavy-caliber pistol, his face a perfectly deadpan, emotionless void.
BANG!
The fourth bullet hit Malesh directly in the stomach. He slowly slumped forward, gripping the edge of the cheap coffee table. He didn't show any pain, only a deep, philosophical confusion as he adjusted his pristine silk tie one last time.
"I mathematically don't know what I did," Malesh muttered flatly, staring blankly at the floor as his vision rapidly faded. "If offering the bribe was the logically right thing to do or not. But... this is objectively terrible customer service."
His body went entirely limp, falling forward over the table, completely dead.
The Corporate Glitch
The Head of the Tax Department stood alone in his cramped office, his chest heaving aggressively. The heavy-caliber pistol was still smoking in his hand as he looked down at the four dead executives scattered across his ruined office.
"I literally told them to just pay their fucking taxes," the honest officer muttered, exhausted.
But before the officer could even reach for his desk phone to call the police, a strange, high-frequency humming sound filled the room.
The tax officer froze.
Suddenly, the dead bodies of Kniya, Malesh, Filoska, and Salesh began to violently glitch. Brilliant, blinding particles of blue and gold light began to radiate from their corpses. The solid matter of their tailored suits and physical bodies started dissolving into floating, digitized pixels, defying every single law of physics.
The glowing particles spiraled upward into the air, spinning faster and faster until the entire room was bathed in a blinding flash of light.
And then... silence.
The light vanished. The tax officer blinked, slowly lowering his gun. He stared at the completely empty floor. There were no bodies. There was no blood. The four billionaires had completely disappeared into thin air, leaving absolutely nothing behind except a single, half-chewed piece of Kniya's mint gum stuck to the carpet.
The honest government officer stood in the absolute silence of his office for a full sixty seconds. He looked at the empty sofa, then at his smoking gun, and then back at the empty sofa.
He slowly let out a massive, soul-crushing sigh and holstered his weapon.
"I am absolutely not putting this in the official report," the officer whispered to himself.
The Righteous Assassin
The Head of the Tax Department stood completely frozen in his cramped, dimly lit office. The heavy-caliber service pistol was still smoking in his right hand, but his eyes were completely locked onto the empty carpet where the four executives had just violently glitched out of existence.
He slowly lowered the gun, staring blankly at the single piece of Kniya's half-chewed mint gum that was left behind.
"I... I honestly don't know why I just did that," the officer whispered to himself, his voice trembling with sudden realization. "Why did I shoot them? My body just moved entirely on its own for absolutely no reason. I literally just murdered four multi-billionaires in cold blood without a single piece of bureaucratic authorization."
He heavily leaned against his metal desk, dragging a hand down his face as the sheer panic of the situation set in.
"How the fuck am I going to explain this to the government?!" he panicked out loud. "What do I even write in the official incident report? 'The taxpayers refused to pay, so I shot them, and then their bodies magically turned into blue pixels and evaporated'?! They are going to throw me in a psychiatric ward!"
But then, the officer paused. He stood up straight, brushing off his wrinkled suit. A strange, twisted sense of calm suddenly washed over his face.
"Okay. Breathe," he rationalized smoothly to himself. "I can definitely satisfy myself with the reason that I did something for the absolute betterment of this world. Those crony capitalists were ruining the economy anyway. So, logically speaking, I can easily justify this mass murder as a highly righteous motive. Yes. I am not a murderer. I am practically a saint."
Having successfully convinced himself that he was a hero, the officer reached up to his face.
The stage in Seistain was officially set.
The New World (Narrator's POV)
Alright, grab your popcorn, folks. The isekai transition is officially complete. Basically, we are again back to the old cliché world of a fucking isekai story.
Far away from the beautiful, smog-choked, highly industrialized skyscrapers of Seistain, we have this absolute primitive shithole. A painfully bright, aggressively green medieval village.
And what do we have here? Look at those fucking rivers. A crystal-clear stream is flowing right through the center of the town, sparkling like diamonds. There is absolutely zero toxic corporate waste in it. Frankly, it is disgusting and highly unnatural. Then, we have these highly inefficient wooden windmills slowly turning in the breeze on the hills, producing absolutely zero megawatts of electrical power. The GDP of this place must be absolutely fucking atrocious.
But let's talk about the locals. In this fucking world, people are supposedly so simple and honest. They literally believe in fucking magic and all that fucking medieval shit! I don't even believe in that garbage, but what can we even do? We are in a fucking isekai world now, and look what we have to work with. Just a complete shithole place with absolutely no development.
Look at how cliché these peasants are! The society is so incredibly backward that it actually hurts my brain to narrate it. Instead of modern corporate hierarchies and standard stock options, the caste system still exists in this fucking world! Oh, and let's not forget the absolute worst part—slavery still actively exists here! Can you believe that? They are doing forced labor without even having the decency to rebrand it as a "mandatory unpaid corporate internship"! It is completely barbaric!
Suddenly, a massive shadow completely eclipses the sun. Oh, wow, would you look at that? A colossal, crimson-scaled dragon is soaring gracefully over the village. It beats its massive wings and lets out a terrifying, earth-shaking roar. Honestly, I bet that overgrown fucking lizard doesn't even have a valid aviation license, nor does it pay a single penny in airspace taxes.
This is a realm of ancient magic, vast medieval kingdoms, and absolutely zero corporate labor laws.
But don't worry. Now, this world is not going to be undeveloped anymore. Let's see what happens. Our four violently capitalist executives—Kniya, Malesh, Filoska, and Salesh—are about to wake up in the dirt of this peaceful, financially unexploited paradise.
I think so the democracy is going to grow its roots again in this region. Oh yeah, I think so the region is going to experience some heavy fucking democracy in sooner time.
May God have mercy on this fantasy world's economy.
