It prevented teams from just kiting forever and forced varied strategies each game—one of its unique systems.

This game's was the northeast tower.

Wooseum headed there, expecting a teamfight.

Then Jeon Jeonseol's champion burst out.

Illusionist.

A mage champion who wielded illusions, as the name implied.

Under the barrage of firepower, Wooseum's late-game carry dual blades—squishy DPS—melted in seconds.

Traits in Teamfight Arena were taken at levels 1, 6, 11, 16.

Two choices per trait meant 2x2x2x2=16 ways to play the same champion.

The most important was the level 6 ultimate trait.

Illusionist's ult created an illusion at a targeted spot.

Controllable, mimicked the original's skills.

Exploded on HP zero or duration end, dealing AoE damage in a small area.

Two traits for it: Designated Explosion and Multiple Illusions.

Designated Explosion made the final blast hit a marked target.

Turned a hard-to-land nontarget skill into guaranteed targeting.

Multiple Illusions made two illusions, but all their damage dropped to 70%.

Hit both for 140% damage—OP, right?

Someone thought so.

Jeon Jeonseol.

And she was actually landing them all, so yeah, strong.

Most couldn't land both.

Too hard to control.

Impossible to land every skill, so Designated Explosion was meta.

Multiple Illusions was for Chinese artisan mad movies on Nutube.

The five Masters couldn't recover from early deficits and suffered a crushing loss.

The crowd cheered at Jeon Jeonseol rewriting legend.
