After returning to the infirmary and handing the pads over to Nicole, Dennis was asked by Nicole to go back to class and let Daisy sleep. Dennis headed straight to his classroom, walked inside, and sat in his chair. Jason, seeing Dennis arrive, immediately approached him.
"Finally made it, bro," Jason said, sitting in the empty chair in front of Dennis.
"Yeah, I had to drop Daisy off at the infirmary first," Dennis replied.
"Oh? What's up with Daisy?" Jason asked.
"Nothing major, she's just short on sleep. Let her get some rest first," Dennis answered.
"Hmm, makes sense. You probably went too hard on her, huh," Jason muttered, patting Dennis on the shoulder.
"What do you mean by that?" Dennis asked.
"Nothing, nothing," Jason answered with a wide grin, without explaining himself.
While the two were chatting casually, someone suddenly sat down next to Dennis. She immediately leaned against Dennis's shoulder, making him flinch.
"What do you want?" Dennis asked.
