The next morning, as they walked to school, Dennis glanced at the Daisy walking beside him, holding his hand. He noticed she was wearing his watch and had her hair in a braid. Dennis then recalled Daisy's explanation from the night before, where she briefed him on how they took turns and could be distinguished by their different hairstyles. Sensing his gaze, Daisy number two turned to look at Dennis and smiled, squeezing his hand tightly.
"What is it, my husband?" Daisy number two asked.
