The construction of the third dormitory finally came to an end.
The last section of the roof settled into place, and the faint glow surrounding the building disappeared. What had been an empty stretch of land only minutes ago now held another two story structure, standing beside the other two identical dormitories.
Iris lowered the System interface and looked across the three buildings.
Three should be enough for now.
The territory was enormous, with more than three million square meters of land enclosed within the dark stone walls, but only a small portion had been developed. The surrounding forest still concealed most of Velaris, leaving countless areas untouched.
There was no reason to rush.
They could build more dormitories if they needed them. They could build more Garden Villas later. As the population grew, there would be plenty of room for roads, farms, workshops, businesses, and other structures.
For now, people simply needed somewhere to stay.
