Han rushed home as quickly as he could, excited to inspect his system thoroughly. He entered a run-down apartment unit on the seventh floor, in a building where the elevator was forever broken.
A few moments later, Han unlocked the doors, opened them and entered his dusty apartment. He threw a handful of white envelopes he picked up downstairs, he already knew, rent due, unpaid bills, tax...
He dropped onto his old bed, its frame creaked furiously and the worn out mattress was pressed almost flat. Sleep tempted him, but his mind refused to drift. All his thoughts were fixed on the system.

He was annoyed by the name, the tutorial didn't help him understand much either as everything was unknown.

Han thought for a quick second. It explained a lot, yet his brain didn't pick up much.. But with the system's re-assurance there was no doubt anymore.

"H-HUUUUUUUUH!?" Han screamed out, he thought he'd be gaining love skills, something to help him with the system's name in accordance.
Instead, he just became a millionaire. He immediately checked his phone, his eyes widened in ecstasy looking at something beyond wonderful. Just as the system said, his phone buzzed in his hands, on the opening screen a notification stood.
His previous bank balance of exactly 20 dollars increased tremendously.
"1,000,020 Dollars. No way. No way. Impossible, after the tutorial only? I thought you are a Love System not a Cash System!?" Despite his shock, he couldn't hide a bright smile forming across his face, he even entered the bank app to confirm it further.

Then, when it showed the same result again and again, he burst out in a fit of laughter.
It took a full three minutes and the neighbor upstairs yelling at him to stop laughing like a maniac. "Ahhh. So this is what it feels like to have un-burdened shoulders, to be rich!" He almost started laughing again, but a firm kick from upstairs encouraged him otherwise.
Instead he focused on the other rewards, "A condo you say let's see where it was.. Redberry valley?" He was unfamiliar with the location, so he didn't waste time–instantly opening his slow phone's browser, hinting that a new phone is in order. He searched for it online, his wifi struggling to connect.
Redberry valley, a high-end luxury residential complex mostly for wealthy businessmen and celebrities located in.. "Luxury hills!?"
Luxury hills now that was something he knows, high end neighborhood which he could have only dreamt of living in. Mirai, the girl he's taking on a date, also lives there.
Through his mind immediately one thought passed, "What if she sees me and thinks I'm a creep who followed her!?"
Nonetheless he continued reading, from what he could see the complexes there are both sold and rented, with the cheapest rent being $12,000 dollars. A staggering amount for someone who was struggling with $750 rent just yesterday.
'If renting the cheapest is that expensive, how much did it cost to buy- Wait a minute, hold up, something aint right.'
"Tax.. Tax, tax.:" He nervously typed, Luxury hills, Redberry valley, taxes for high-end condos.
Annual tax: for the outskirt condos $50,000. His stomach dropped. That was more than he'd earned in the last three years. And the central condos? $120,000. He felt the million in his account shrink instantly.
"Can I just sell it?"

Han was starting to realize how amazing of a system he had gotten, despite the enormous tax, it was incredible of a reward for just the tutorial. "Well.. Whatever, as long as I'm completing quests I'll get more money.. Right?"
The system stayed quiet, he still had the last rewards though, the car and the skill.
Curious, he asked the system how to access the inventory.

He smiled seeing the keys, squeezing them to get a feel of that high end plastic.
Han loved cars, but he wasn't a car guy. He didn't know the first thing about them, not even his favorite BMWs, let alone a Porsche. Curious, he pulled up a quick search.
The screen threw numbers and jargon at him: $125,000 to $160,000, nearly 400 horsepower from a six‑cylinder boxer engine, a six‑speed manual transmission, sport exhaust, Race‑Tex interior.
Han blinked at the specs, none of it really sinking in. All he could do was nod and mutter, "Yeah… great car."
Finally, he clasped his hands and stood, "Well then. Let's check out that condo."
He remembered the system saying the car was parked in front, he took a bottle of water from his otherwise empty fridge and had a sip.
Passing by his sister's room with a sign: 'Don't disturb!' He remembered he had to inform her of their new residence as well.
He checked the time, he had a few more hours before she leaves school. He smiled imagining the moment he tells her they are rich, a new life ahead of them. A moment he hoped for years.
He left the apartment, locked it then descended the stairs. Han hastened his steps and arrived in front of the entrance. He already saw it through the glass on the door, waiting for him.
The car was beautiful, sleek, red, and shiny. Its bright color caught the eyes of some girls around it, taking pictures. Leaving the building he even noticed grandmas taking glances wondering just who in the world it was.
Han pressed the unlock button on the keys and the car beeped, startling some teen girls sitting on the hood. "So it's him, I'd never guess by the clothes..." A girl said as he passed by her quiet with a smile, he didn't need any..
He didn't need any trouble, not as soon as he got rich.
He opened the door, and tried taking a seat. Being a low slung sports car, he did hit his head once. After his first fail, he took a seat, closed the doors, leaned back then took a deep breath to feel its brand new interior.
Putting his hands on the steering wheel to caress it, then the leather seat and even the dashboard.
So far he never even got inside a modern car, yet alone drove one. As he felt every inch wide and thin, leaving dirty fingerprints all over, though he had no idea what material was used to make the leather seat, the comfortable, premium feeling it gave him while touching it, told him enough.
'Vip. As I always deserved.'
Joking aside, Han felt slightly bad sitting in such premium clothes with his old, worn out and slightly dirty clothes. As quickly as the thought came it went away.
'Who cares! It's my car.. I can do whatever I want.'
He re-assured himself, feeling terrible his fingerprints were already signed on the screen of the Porsche.
For a second, seeing a large track in the distance he thought how could a car just appear in his driveway. He rolled down the window slightly and asked a girl to come closer, which she did with excitement. "Yes?"
"Excuse me, miss. Did you see who dropped off the car?" She nodded, and pointed towards the large truck disappearing in the distance. "That truck, the back opened and the car slowly came out."
He nodded, "I see. Thank you." Then started rolling up the window when she asked, "Wait, excuse me sir, could I maybe.." He waited for a bit as she helped him then she continued, "Get a quick ride?"
He looked at her body, she was slender, tall, her white hair falling down to her hips. Albeit she barely looked old enough to ride. "How old are you?"
"17!"
Han froze, then he started rolling the window back up, he was nineteen after all. "Maybe later, I'm a bit busy now. Thanks again though." The girl was visibly disappointed but nodded and took a step back, when:

"HELL NO!" he screamed at the system.

"Oh." He fixed his collar, "Yes."
Han thought of learning the skill, the next moment a vast amount of information flooded his brain, causing his nose to slightly start bleeding. He covered it with hand's sleeve, bloodying it a bit.
The flood of information quickly stopped, as did the bleeding. As for the use of the skill? Just as the name hints at, decent driving capabilities over any vehicular, be it a car, plane, jacht, bike, etc..-
All in all, it was a solid skill. As lazy and broke as Han was, who never took a step inside driving school this was God level.
Han placed his hands on the steering wheel, and instantly he noticed the change. The steering wheel felt like second nature to him.
"This is an incredible skill," He mumbled to himself.
Without wasting more time, he started it. Its engine purring like music to his ears, he drove off to his new apartment.
