"Pardon," she started, "I haven't seen you before, are you visiting someone?" Her gaze lingered on the black card in his hand. Han shifted, uneasy. To him, it was just the key to his condo. But to her, it was unmistakable.
"I.. Well no, I actually live here. I just bought a condo." Before he could say anything more, she doubtfully whispered "You do..?" Then the elevator doors opened. The one he called for earlier, "Ah-Um, Sorry but."
She nodded just slightly, "It's alright.. Go ahead, I won't hold you. Besides, if you live here, we'll meet again."
Han entered the elevator, still under her somehow suspicious gaze, her remark feeling more like a threat than a warm neighbor's welcome.
"Welcome to–"
The doors slowly slid close, letting Han take a breath of relief filled with anticipation for what his new home would look like. He did feel that it could be special, being located on the top floor and having an exclusive elevator.
The elevator had only one button.
Floor 69, He clicked it.
The building looked tall from outside, but he couldn't believe his eyes when he saw the 69 floors button, he only knew he should be on the highest floor.
As for Estella, he already read that S ranks live here, seeing one live was completely different. Seeing one, and interacting with one was also tremendously different.
Working in the dungeon mines he saw S ranks all the time, none of them had spared a second glance at the lower tier of society like he was though.
All in all, he was glad the system didn't push another side quest related to her, and was curious about its reward.
[ TING! Congratulations, Host. For completing the side quest: Help the girl. ]
[ TING! For the completed side quest host will gain: 1x mysterious black box. ]
Han waited for more, seeing the beautiful view of the city he felt his chest tighten, both thinking he was once one of those rats and anxious he could go back to being one.
Not even noticing the lack of rewards the elevator stopped, floor 69. "Huh? That's it? One box?"
The system didn't answer, instead the translucent screen still waited to be removed from his line of line. "Alright.. Store it in inventory?"
[ TING! 1x mysterious black box stored in inventory. ]
He took a deep sigh, but his spirits couldn't be lowered just because of one terrible reward. Before he could enter the apartment there was a small dark hall, when he opened its doors , light cast in.
He took his shoes off, not wanting to dirty the floor which was so bright it could serve as a mirror on its own.
The apartment he stepped in was vast, without a doubt despite his shock he now understood this was no normal condo, but a penthouse.
The top floor, with its private elevator, should have told Han everything—but he hadn't thought that far.
Also, he didn't go through the documents in his hands, well not past the first page which also told him to go to the top floor, now he realized there was a floor above 69 as well, it was his second floor.
Han kept his emotions in check, still not completely convinced this was his new home. Taking a few steps forward he noticed a massive ultra large 219 inch tv screen standing hooked on the wall casting dark shade over a white–red vermillion trimmed, long sectional-curved couch.
In between them are exquisite side and middle glass tables, white and golden trimmed at sides.
Han took at least an hour to complete the tour, he checked every part of the new home he had. His current state was speechless, but also understanding of the high tax.
At first of course owning a pent house on its own left him speechless, but the amenities and room afterwards were more and more shocking, the area he first saw was the living room, in his mind already marked as a relaxation zone.
Adjoining it was the dining room. Overlooking them was the kitchen also serving as a mini-bar, he had already prepared himself a basic cocktail as there were some welcome gifts in the fridge.
"Man, whoever left me this vodka as a welcome gift deserves many thanks..." He whispered, holding a vodka bottle in one hand, and the cocktail in another.
Cocktail he called it, but not remembering much how to make one, adding on top of actually never making one, he just added lemon juice to it, albeit he tried to fancily add a slice of it as well it failed, and fell to the ground so he sticked with just the lemon's juice for now.
On the second floor were six bedrooms each having their own bathroom, there was also a seventh room which was empty, he still didn't know what he could use it for.
These things were casual, basic necessities of course, but the material of the furniture, the decorations and painting were what made it jaw dropping.
Everything was so high class and expensive looking that Han already fell into a rich mindset, currently lying back flat on a sunbedding chair on his very own glass made balcony! With the cocktail in hand of course and some sunglasses he found.
"Ah. This is life."
As for the price, well with the tax already being that high he didn't even dare check. Instead under the dazzling sun and seductive taste of alcohol he fell asleep.
No one could blame Han, as he came here after a night shift, with little to no rest at all. A sudden burden of poverty he was in also lifted, his mind started finally relaxing, accepting the fact he was now a millionaire. Or, if we counted the pent house, a multi-millionaire most probably.

Han woke up with the glass still barely lingering in his hand, "Aghh, what's this?" He felt a sharp pain in his head, for someone like him who never drank alcohol, yet watched tutorials on how to make cocktails for fun, this was a sharp hit.
"Ugh.." He sat up straight, going with his hand through the hair. "God damn it.." He cursed under his breath, noticing night already fell. "Whats' the time?" He picked up his phone, to no avail.
"No battery..? Ughh."
[ TING! Warning: If failed to complete the quest (Prepare for the date at 6 pm) punishment will be awarded. ]
"That's not really an award- Wait seriously.." he stood up, immediately struggling feeling dizzy. Han almost fell right back down, but managed to slam his fist against the wooden table holding the vodka bottle which fell down and shattered.
He slid open the glass doors, entering the penthouse. There he tried finding a charger, but remembered he didn't pack shit. "Fuck.. Fuck. Punishment? Which? What's the time?"
[ TING! Warning: Time left until mission failure - 30 minutes. ]
