Chapter 4 - Chapter 4

"But Young Master. The Madam instructed us to escort you safely all the way to Hansam Village," Bros replied.

"If we travel like this, the risk of us being ambushed will be high." He got into the car.

"Did you forget what happened just a month ago? We were ambushed. Even though... you defeated them, it's better to prevent than to take risks."

"If we look like this, we're just going to attract attention again. The local bandits will target us."

"But, if we were heading to the city... this kind of escort..." He looked around.

Ugh, damn it! Why am I even explaining this again? Uncle must already understand. Aland thought, his face sullen.

"But we're only going to a village. A remote village far from the city." He glared scornfully out the car window.

Is the Madam's worry too excessive? I think this is... quite over the top, too. Escorting the Young Master to Hansam Village should be enough with just me. Bros thought.

"Why are you so quiet? Drive the car, now." He rolled up the car window.

"As you wish, Young Master."

Bros signaled his subordinates not to follow them. Now, only Aland, Bros, and the driver were inside the luxury car.

"Uncle, please stop by the usual market I frequent. There's something I need to buy there."

"And don't wake me up until we arrive. I'm going to sleep." He closed his eyes.

"Understood," Bros replied.

*I suspect Mom is definitely hiding something there. How is it that the servant she usually sent to Hansam is now my task?* Aland thought, frowning.

*I hope nothing strange happens!*

...

In the village of Hansam, a married couple and a baby lived in a simple house on the edge of the forest. They were Aland's aunt and uncle, along with their newborn nephew.

"Dear! Are you sure our nephew is coming here?" He watched his wife, who was enthusiastically preparing food for Aland in the kitchen.

"You know very well he refused our invitation to come here two months ago."

"Even though his adorable nephew was just born." He smiled at the baby sleeping in the crib.

"Of course, dear!" she replied excitedly, smiling at her husband.

"I'm absolutely certain our handsome nephew will come to our house today!" She chopped some vegetables.

"My sister confirmed it. Aland is the one picking up the package today! Haha! I can't wait to hug him!"

"I remember when he was a baby, he peed when I was holding him."

"My sister wouldn't lie to me, would she?" She smiled, looking at her husband.

"No, you're right!" He slowly walked toward his wife and hugged her from behind.

"You always tell me we don't need to keep our distance from them. But I still worry."

"They are a dangerous family that could boomerang back on us at any time. A highly respected Mafia family."

"I'm afraid if we make even the slightest mistake..." He hugged her tightly. "Our family could be erased from this world!"

"Honey!" She turned around to look softly at her husband, gently holding his hands.

"You're worrying too much. My sister I mean, our nephew wouldn't do that to us."

"I am very sure he is different from his father. He inherited the heart of his strong yet gentle mother." Then she returned to preparing her food.

"Besides, Aland is 6 years old now. He's a big boy; he understands right from wrong. His father's family hasn't visited them again since two years ago."

"You're right, dear! It seems I'm overthinking it!"

"Come here, let me help you cook for our nephew! Haha!"

"Waaah! Ooooh..."

"Honey, you are so loud!"

"Our beautiful angel woke up!" he whispered, walking toward the crib.

...

"Young Master. We have arrived." Bros quickly got out and opened Aland's car door.

The Young Master visits this market every two months. It looks like a typical market, yet the Young Master keeps coming here instead of the markets in the capital.

No matter how I look at it, there's no reason why the Young Master always comes here, he thought to himself.

Aland gently rubbed his eyes, looked around, and got out of the car. "Hmph!" Then he walked away.

"Young Master, wait! Let me escort you!" He ran ahead of Aland.

"Where are we going?"

"Uncle!" He smiled. "I know you're worried about me, a six-year-old walking alone in the middle of a crowded market."

He walked slowly past Bros and said, "You don't need to worry, Uncle. I am Aland Ben Celeste! No one would dare bother me! Hehehe!"

But, no one here knows who you are, Young Master. It's so difficult to work with him, he thought. "If that is what you wish, Young Master. There is nothing I can do," Bros replied.

"PLEASE BE CAREFUL, YOUNG MASTER!" Bros shouted.

Good! I don't want him to know where I'm going. It would be disastrous if he found out; he would definitely tell Mother.

A six-year-old boy who already knows about the black market. Aland seemed to smile inwardly as he walked away, leaving Bros behind.

Grandpa! Wait for me, I'll be there soon, and let's get that business done the one we had to postpone. Hehehe!

"I cannot abandon my responsibility. I will follow you, Young Master!" Bros muttered.

...

...turn left, then right. Ah, that's it! That's the place! Aland thought as he looked at a dilapidated house on the edge of the market.

"I haven't mistaken the house!" He looked toward the red-colored window. That was the mark he had left previously to help him remember.

This place was indeed suitable as his hideout. A former head of the black market organization.

Aland enthusiastically opened the door and shouted. "UNCLE, I'M BACK! DON'T FORG "

"Oww..." Aland's expression changed; he was shocked by what he saw in front of him.

Inside the house, it turned out that the local market thugs were holding their regular weekly meeting.

Naturally, there were many people inside with intimidating faces, tattoos, and some with long hair. They glared intensely at the little boy who was frozen still, a faint smile on his face.

What the heck is this? Why are there so many adults here? I don't see the old man among them either, Aland thought. "Ahk, I thought the restroom was here... hahaha!" He slowly turned to leave. "Looks like I made a mi,"

Unfortunately, a fat man blocked Aland's exit. "Sumimasen!" Aland said, smiling up at the stout man.

He then ran and leaped toward the fat man's crotch, successfully escaping past him.

"CATCH THAT KID, NOW!" shouted a thug leader. The men immediately scrambled out, chasing Aland.

Judging by his clothes, that kid must be rich! I can't lose this treasure, hahaha! he thought.

...

Insane! There's no way I can beat them with this small body! Aland thought the moment he got out of the house.

Before the regression, maybe I could have taken them down with just a few moves. But now

A short distance from the house, Aland saw Uncle Bros walking toward him, his face a picture of fury. A volcano ready to erupt.

What? Uncle Bros? Why is he here? Aland stopped when he saw Bros walking straight toward the thugs chasing him.

Aland turned back and watched Bros take down the fat man with a single powerful punch to the stomach.

"Ugghh!"

*Thud!*

The fat pig collapsed onto the ground. "This is what I meant about staying right next to me, Young Master!" Bros snapped.

"Ahk, yeah, yeah, sure," Aland replied mockingly.

"Perfect timing, Uncle!" He smiled.

I actually hate him, Bros thought. "Please stay right there, and don't wander off. This won't take long."

Bros turned away from Aland and ran toward the thugs, who were frozen stiff after seeing their senior defeated so easily.

"Tch! Is he giving me orders now?"

"Shtay righ' there, an' don' go anywhere!" Aland mumbled mockingly.

But I'm glad you showed up just in time, Uncle! Slaughter them all, HAHAHA!
