~One Month Later, Morita Household, Soutarou POV~
'Finally learned how to read and Nono basically forced me to learn how to circulate and refine chakra too. She also had a heart attack when I revealed I could feel my own chakra system and I was able to confirm that I am a natural chakra sensor.'
Soutarou made a funny face before shaking his head and continuing, 'I also asked Nono about my parents and I was able to make some suspicions clearer. My father was Haruto Morita, former Elite Jonin of Konoha and my mother was Sayuri Morita.'
Soutarou's eyes glinted in a gossipy way as he thought, 'Here's where things get interesting: all the information on my mother's side was made top secret, so I have no clue who my maternal grandparents are at all. But on the flip side I was able to confirm with certainty that I'm a Senju remnant, my paternal grandmother was Toka Senju. An extraordinary Kunoichi, who was amongst the most dangerous kage level from her era and she died near the end of the first shinobi war. But what doesn't make sense is my supposed paternal grandfather died well before my grandmother had my father, Haruto. There's almost a fourteen year gap between when my grandfather died and my grandmother had my father…'
He sighed before lamenting, 'but the rest of the information was redacted, not even classified as top secret, just straight removed. Though Nono said there was a rumor at one point Tobirama Senju and Toka Senju were quite close… Red eyes huh? I knew that damn monkey had to have gotten his shamelessness and pervertedness from somewhere! It's generational! Generational I say! Nono also said my maternal grandmother was likely from the Senju clan as well which already puts me at a damn pure bloodline… close to 75%? With my natural chakra sensing, deep chakra reserves for my age, red eyes, and noticeable vitality as Nono put it I'm truly born to be the second coming of Tobirama. Though that's a good thing I suppose, no "golden finger," but I'm still a cheater. Ah yes "The Time I was Reborn into Naruto with A Tobirama Template" or something like that… I better have space-time talent… please? Please author-san?'
Still Soutarou smiled to himself as he realized how good his talent, position, and overall status was.
'Yeah even that bastard Danzo wouldn't dare touch Tobirama's grandchild. And Monkey? Monkey will probably try to get me to call him uncle or grandpa. Though I'm curious as to why I've never seen either of them or why they didn't just adopt me. Though if my guess is right Danzo wanted to adopt me and Hiruzen said no and both of them had a fight or something and backed off and decided to let me develop on my own. I'm guessing Homura and Koharu are probably on my side too… Well, this is good. Now it makes sense why those bastards sent Nono, because of her qualifications and that she's good with kids.'
'Putting that aside, chakra is such a stupid thing… It's the algamoration of physical and spiritual energy. Yin and yang. I can already feel that my mental energy is actually larger than my physical energy, though that's probably from my mental energy combined with the fact that I have two souls. Chakra sensing is weird too… It's like I can see in all directions even though my eyes can't see it. I can feel chakra signatures… And ever since Nono taught me some exercises like closing my eyes, blocking my ears, plugging my nose, using this special seal to turn off my sense of touch, and this other seal to turn off my sense of taste. Though I'm really curious if my sensory range should really be growing this much? A month ago it was barely around my body, not my range is at least a football field in each direction…'
'Overall everything's headed in a good direction… if my guess is correct, the only real worry is Orochimaru or really other villages. Still I'll keep my second hokage plan intact and keep my innocent face up to fool the village. It's a bit hard to tell if the village did have a hand in the fall of the senju afterall…'
Soutarou grimaced as he thought about Nawaki's fate and Kato Dan's as well.
'An absurd amount of explosive tags blowing up in front of a fuinjutsu specialized Elite Jonin and a user of an extreme long distance S-Rank jutsu was somehow ambushed in close quarters without guard. Too coincidental… Still no point in worrying about it. Still I shouldn't have too much confidence. I'm not Tobirama himself and seeing the way these bastards treated Naruto in the future, there's no doubt they're ruthless even against their own.'
'No point in worrying about what's out of my control at this point as I'm sure all four know of my existence and know that Nono has extended my tutoring timeline from her original two weeks and she straight up told me she wasn't going to use an excuse to extend it, but rather said I'm learning ninja techniques from her. Which in all fairness I am, but the fact that they didn't do anything after that shows that I'm probably ok for now. As for Danzo, he'll recruit me right before the ninja academy if he's really that interested…'
'No matter now I just wait on Nono-sensei to get here and then I'll finally get to start chakra control exercises.'
Just as he was wrapping up and preparing for his lesson with Nono
'??? What is that chakra? The nine tails? No, it's not erratic like what I've read about tailed beast chakra is… This… it has to be at least twenty times larger than Nono's reserves… not to mention… it's much, much denser… it even seems more… how can I even describe this… an inferno compared to a match stick… wow… there should only be a few people in Konoha or even the world with this level of chakra… unfortunately I don't really want to meet any of those people… Not to mention there's at least four other signatures, though they're extremely muted…? I wouldn't have noticed if I didn't feel them sputter for a moment when Nono-sensei's chakra showed up… I'm guessing Monkey showed up, Danzo's chakra should be different than this, even at this point in time he probably has wood release cells meaning his chakra would be more vitality infused-'
'Damn they both showed up. I'm getting Danzoed dammit!'
'Don't betray my trust you damn monkey fox!'
Gritting his teeth, Soutarou prayed for the best outcome.

~1 Month and a Half ago, Hiruzen POV~
The aging man, with now clearly greying hair, a noticeable goatee and short stature sat in a white robe adorned with a red and white hat that carried the kanji "Fire" in red lettering. The man's eyes paused over a few lines…
[Requestee, Name: Soutarou Morita… Background: Son of Former Elite Jonin Haruto Morita and Veteran Medical Jonin Sayuri Morita… Current Age: Three Years Old… Date of Birth 11/12/44 Konoha Calendar… Notes: Possesses innate unlocked chakra & seems to be a natural Sensory-Ninja, verified by confirming the existence of a very subtle extended chakra field… Extreme maturity & intelligence… Conclusion: Suggested additional shinobi training, precursory training advised.]
The man's eyes widened in bewilderment before breaking out into a genuine smile before faltering for a moment.
The man sighed before shaking his head and immediately grabbing a stamp to label the document Top Secret. All before the door to his office was thrown open and a man with a bandaged arm, a bandaged and covered eye, and a scarred chin and black hair walked in.
A mature raspy voice rang out, "Hiruzen. Soutarou Morita falls into the domain of the root, do not intervene. I have already arranged for his tutor."
The shorter man, who sat at his desk, narrowed his eyes and said, "Domain of the root? That is not for you to decide. Remember Danzo, I am the Hokage."
Danzo's singular eye opened and he stared at the man and said, "Hiruzen do not cross the line."
Hiruzen replied, "This is not up for debate Danzo."
Danzo continued to stare at the man replying, "Haruto Morita died before the child was born, the boy's mother, Sayuri died from blood loss and gave birth to the boy on the battlefield. The boy is an orphan. A civilian at that, it is the ROOT's duty to train him into an excellent shinobi."
Hiruzen scoffed and said, "Where were you before he showed any talent?"
Danzo's chakra riled up and he said darkly, "Hiruzen do not cross the line. Hand the boy over to me."
Hiruzen's face immediately darkened just as he was about to rile his chakra and argue back two figures entered. A figure with green framed glasses, a large wrinkling forehead, a greying beard, and hair entered along with a woman with greying blonde hair that was in a twin bun held together by a traditional japanese hair pin with two red pearls hanging off the side. The woman sighed and said, "Must you two always fight? Just give it up, you've both already agreed to hands off management regarding Soutarou. Since neither of you can agree you might as well just leave it as it is. Who have you sent to tutor the boy Danzo?"
Danzo and Hiruzen's faces turned reluctant before Danzo straightened himself and replied, "I have assigned Jonin Nono Yakushi. I believe this shouldn't be a problem? Hiruzen?"
Hiruzen's face darkened and he said, "Danzo we both know that Nono is an elite jonin level specialist and one of the best medical ninjas in all of Konoha, not even mentioning her espionage abilities and management of the Konoha, Land of Fire Orphanage. Why are you wasting her time with such an easy and low level assignment? Or perhaps you're deluding her into compliancy? Danzo, I want Nono pulled out of the ROOT immediately."
Danzo scowled and immediately said, "You dare Nono out of the ROOT and put your hands on Soutarou? Then I demand the ROOT be handed control of Kakashi Hatake in return."
Hiruzen's face turned black and he gritted his teeth before Koharu and the other figure Homura broke them up again. Homura sighed and said, "Let's do this Hiruzen, Danzo is obviously worried about Tobirama sensei's supposed last direct bloodline so we'll allow him to keep Nono at his side until the boy goes into the Academy. However, you in response can check on his progress and meet him in person."
At which Danzo turned livid and rasped at Homura, "You'd let Hiruzen meet him, yet refuse to let me do so? The boy falls under the root's authority."
Danzo looked like he was just about ready to jump at Hiruzen then and there. To which Homura sighed and said, "Must we always go in circles? Tobirama sensei-"
Danzo and Hiruzen scowled and said, "Don't bring Tobirama sensei into this, that's his blood!"
Homura sighed and said, "That's exactly why neither of you give up. Just do half and half. Pull Nono back from her ROOT duties and pass her network onto someone else, leave her mainly to the orphanage responsibilities and you can go with Hiruzen to check on him, in fact I'll go with you to make sure neither of you start fighting right in front of the boy."
Koharu added in, "I'll join as well though Hiruzen you should compensate Danzo since not just anyone can replicate what the Wandering Miko could do."
Danzo and Hiruzen paused for a moment before seriously listening to Homura and nodding. Danzo then said, "Very well… though Hiruzen I need more ROOT members to make up for the loss of Nono's active participation in the ROOT's network."
Hiruzen sighed and nodded saying, "Just don't take any one from the clans, Konoha cannot afford instability now even if the war is finally settling down…"
Danzo scoffed and the two went back to bickering before Danzo left the office, not before huffing and slamming the door because Hiruzen didn't hand over everyone he wanted, ending the argument in a classic…
"Danzo, I'm the Hokage!"
"You'll regret this Hiruzen!"
