The next day, Zain woke up feeling refreshed.
He used Clean Magic to bath. Since, he slept while wearing clothes, he just wore off his jacket and put it of a Spatial Storage.
Now he just wore plain white shirt with pants and boots.
He headed downstairs, met May and her son already running their business.
"Good Morning Ma'am" He said to May
"Good morning to you too. Ma'am? Ahh, just call me May. Sorry I never asked your name last night."
"Okay May. You can just call me Lucas" Zain said to May.
"Lucas huh. Okay, Can I get you something Mr Lucas?"
"Just call me Lucas. Mr Lucas sounds weird. Can I get a bowl of soup."
"Okay Lucas. Bowl of soup coming right up."
May left Zain alone to prepare his order. Zain was left in thought.
'I don't know what year is it. Better ask May when she comes back'
'It's weird I never got attack last night. In the Anime & Manga, they always attack when a stranger's enters their town. Guess I can't rely on that.'
After few minutes, May came back with a bowl of soup.

"Lucas, you shouldn't leave your items lying around. There are lot of thief in this world." May said to Zain with a lot of concern
"Yeah I know. You don't need to worry about that."
'I can't tell her it's in my Spatial Storage' Zain thought to himself
"Okay Lucas. Whatever you say."
"Oh, I need to go the Adventures Guild. Can you direct me to it?"
May agreed and give directions to the Adventures Guild to Zain. Afterwards, Zain stood up and left.

I can't believe I came to this world 5 years after the defeat of the Demon Monarch.
This inn was nice.
As I walked out of the inn, I was met with adventures waiting for someone. It's probably me.
"Look who it is? The newcomer."
They said that but I ain't responding. I headed straight to Adventures Guild.
"Hey, I'm talking to you."
Wait, I'm being followed. An assassin I assume.
"Look at me when I'm talking to you."
As I kept walking, the guys kept rambling about something and I'm being followed.
Let's act like I don't sense them.
"HEY! STOP!"
As I turned around, the adventures were visible angry.
Might as well talk to them.
"Can I help you with something?"
It looks like I made them more angry.
"HELP US WITH SOMETHING!!! DROP ALL YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE BEFORE YOU DIE!"
I thought this cliches won't happen. I guess you need to expect everything to happen even if it doesn't happen.

Shit, I didn't not control it. Even the assassin was knocked out too. It's good that only those that were on my line of sense were knocked out because I was focusing on that assassin.

Well, let's see what we have here.
As I entered the guild, the atmosphere was lively.
People were talking and fighting.
Others were checking the quest board.
Others were doing they're job.
Of course the clerk is a female. It's weird that all fantasies have female clerk except for that one manga & anime. Maybe I should apply for a job here and be a clerk.

Ohh, looks like she didn't realise I was here.
"Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't see you there. You want to register as an Adventure, is that right."

The lady nodded an began to explain the rules of being an adventure. The rules were simple to follow
Rules is the Adventures Guild:
°All adventurers starts at the F-rank unless the Guild Master decides otherwise.
°All adventurers needs to complete the quests that they pick. If the quest is failed or abandoned, then the adventure needs to pay 1 gold coins
°An adventurer can take a quest one above their rank.
°A guild can promote an adventurer up to B-Rank, A Guildmaster can promote an adventurer to A-rank and an adventurer needs a king's approval to become S-Rank or 2 S-Ranks recommendations to be promoted to S-rank.
°If a party is formed, the party can take quest that match their ranks.
°An adventurer is not obliged to join any war or follow the king's order.
°S-ranks are permitted to any country and are not obligated to complete any quests. They're free to do whatever they want of it doesn't violate the rights of the kingdoms or civilians.
°S-Ranks have the same status as the Knights have.
°EVRY ADVENTURERS ARE FREE.
