Chapter 32 - Chapter 32: It's all that bastard Luo Hong's fault!

After being kicked [Offline] by Luo Hong, Bronya instinctively blushed. She found that her small hands were... not very clean, having ended up in a place they shouldn't have been.

Furthermore— Demon Bronya:Doing it just once won't matter; it won't make me a bad girl!Angel Bronya:That won't do. A good girl... should do it twice!

Ultimately, her willpower was defeated by desire. By the time everything settled, she realized that her resolve in the cafeteria had been ground into dust.

[49 → 47 NEW!]

Why the hell does it count even in reality?!

Bronya desperately wanted to blast that scoundrel Luo Hong, but what made it harder to bear was the thought that he would surely mock her for this tonight. Biting her lip, she got up and began to clean up the "aftermath."

Using her post-clarity "Sage Time," she managed to sort out her thoughts. It wasn't that she had regressed into a bad girl; it was because Luo Hong had played a cruel trick on her in the cafeteria—leaving her in a state of unfulfilled desire. If not for that, her willpower would never have been this weak.

Yes... it's all that bastard Luo Hong's fault!

Walking out of her bedroom, she caught the scent of food wafting from downstairs. While she had eaten plenty in the dream, food in a dream didn't count toward real sustenance—besides, technically, that wasn't even her own body. Physically, she still needed a normal breakfast.

As she went downstairs, she saw a graceful figure moving elegantly like a purple butterfly between the kitchen and the dining table, helping Mei set the plates.

"Miss Rita, please sit down. How can I let a guest do this?" Mei tried to stop her.

"No labor, no food," Rita replied with a polite smile. "At a time like this, Miss Mei shouldn't worry about who is the guest or the host. Or... do you consider me an outsider? We are all Valkyries of Schicksal; why draw a line between us?"

Mei, lacking Rita's worldliness, found herself speechless and could only agree. "You're right, Miss Rita. Let's do it together then."

"Bronya will help too," Bronya added, joining them.

After witnessing that short exchange, her evaluation of Rita rose another level. Tonight, I must ask that scoundrel Luo Hong for intel on Rita. To be honest, knowing most of the future, Bronya hadn't paid much attention to Rita. Even if she was an S-Rank Valkyrie, Bronya's focus was on Otto, naturally viewing Rita as a mere subordinate. But now she realized this maid was anything but simple; she was an opponent one couldn't afford to underestimate.

Soon, everyone in the dorm had come down, including Fu Hua, who had finished her morning exercises. However—

"Where is Lord Theresa?" Rita was the first to ask. Despite her mission to gather intel for Otto, she held a special affection for Theresa.

"Probably still sleeping," Himeko answered without a second thought. She realized then why no one had nagged her about her morning drinking today. Wait, I haven't even had a drink yet... what a waste! "She probably worked late into the night. Don't worry about it, Miss Rita."

"I see." Rita nodded, seemingly accepting the answer. But she knew better. Last night, Theresa hadn't stayed up late; she'd fallen asleep shortly after reading her Homu manga. How did Rita know? Because she was the one who tucked Theresa in!

"I've finished my meal. Please, enjoy yours." Rita stood up gracefully, cleared her plate, and walked out. Once she was a safe distance from the dorm, her figure blurred as she dashed across the rooftops, circling back to the dorm in an instant.

She peered through Theresa's window. The blanket she had neatly tucked in last night had been kicked onto the floor. Theresa was sprawled across the bed, her petite, fair feet resting against her Homu pillow. What Rita couldn't understand was Theresa's posture: she was lying face down, legs folded, her bottom slightly raised, and her face was a deep, burning red—as if she had just come out of a steamer.

What kind of dream could make Lord Theresa assume such a pose and expression? Rita was utterly baffled. She assumed the redness was due to the awkward posture, and fearing Theresa would wake up with her whole body numb, Rita prepared to slip into the room to adjust her.

Just then, she heard voices outside the door—Mei and Bronya.

"So, it really was the Principal last night, right?" Mei's gentle voice asked.

"Yes, it was," Bronya's cold but hurried voice replied.

"Then... she was just acting dumb because of what she was wearing?"

"That... makes sense." Mei agreed, considering Theresa's personality. "So Mr. Luo Hong was covering for her?"

"Yes." Bronya paused, knowing Mei was about to praise him again.

"Mr. Luo Hong really is kind." Mei viewed the deception as a "white lie." "If the Principal isn't awake yet, she must be discussing something important with him. It might be bad to disturb them."

"No matter how important it is, it wouldn't take this long. If we're late... we'll miss class." Bronya didn't feel like exposing Luo Hong's true colors to Mei right now. If Mei was going to be "devoured," it might as well be in a "pure love" atmosphere. But she still needed to check on Theresa!

"Oh, right. There's a class with the Principal this morning." Mei recalled the schedule.

"And don't worry about disturbing her," Bronya added to reassure Mei. "That guy controls whether we leave or not. If it's not urgent, she'll wake up."

Mei was convinced. But when they opened the door, Theresa happened to wake up from Luo Hong's world at that exact moment.

"G-Good morning..." Theresa waved weakly to her students, her entire body feeling numb.

Why are they looking at me with such strange expressions?
