"Hngh..."
Draen slowly reached for Lewis with one hand gently holding his waist while the other rested behind his head. He looked into Lewis's eyes for a brief moment before leaning closer and pressing a soft kiss against his lips.
The kiss was slow and gentle, completely different from the tense atmosphere they had shared only moments ago. It was warm, careful and filled with affection, as though Draen was afraid that even the slightest force would make Lewis pull away.
Lewis's eyes widened at first.
'Haa... how did it come to this?' he thought, feeling his cheeks slowly grow warm. 'Just a while ago, I was apologizing for hitting him so hard in the stomach... and now... we're kissing?'
His thoughts became a mess.
He could still remember how guilty he had felt earlier yet somehow all of those emotions were slowly disappearing. The warmth of Draen's embrace, the gentle way he was being held and the soft kiss on his lips made it difficult for him to think about anything else.
