Going back to Lewis' study, the lesson had shifted from basic etiquette to the geography and history of the Draconia Empire. Unlike most of Virel's lectures, this was one of the few subjects Lewis found genuinely interesting.
It reminded him of the history classes he had attended during his life as Siyoon, though the world he now lived in had a far different past.
According to the records, the empire had once been nothing more than a vast and untamed wilderness. Endless forests of towering green trees stretched across the land while rivers that are rich with fresh water flowed through fertile plains.
The mountains were filled with valuable minerals and ores that could be forged into weapons and tools. The fields were suitable for growing wheat, rice and countless other crops, while the forests and grasslands were home to animals that could be hunted for food and materials.
It was a land overflowing with resources, capable of supporting countless lives.
