As a modern man at heart, Lewis knew all too well how frustrating it was to be singled out by teachers. Back when he was still Siyoon in Korea, he had been nothing more than an average student trying to get by. He followed every instruction carefully, submitted his work on time and even tried being a teacher's favorite whenever possible, hoping it would spare him from criticism.
Yet no matter how hard he tried, there always seemed to be something wrong in the eyes of his teachers. If it wasn't his grades, it was his attitude. If it wasn't his attitude, it was his appearance.
Still, Lewis endured it all.
As much as possible, he completed every assignment and project before the deadline. More often than not, he handled most of the research and workload himself, especially during group activities. His wealthy classmates rarely bothered to contribute, but if the project turned out poorly, they were always quick to shift the blame onto someone like him.
