Chapter 33 - In the Real World, Modifying the 2D World Chapter 33: Uryu Ishida, the Audience's Favorite

Chapter 33: Uryu Ishida, the Audience's Favorite

"Hey, hey! This plot is way too nonsensical! Can you even make a 'Dominant CEO' declaration like that?"

"Obese Corrupt Politician VS Mediterranean Mohawk Four-Eyes Student. What kind of cursed, heretical ship is this? Are they forming a 'Creepy Young Man' duo?!"

"Creator, wake up! You can be grounded, but don't be buried underground!"

Seeing these bullet comments, Mo Yu had to admit that his initial work had some flaws. He should have made Grand Fisher's human form more handsome or more distinct. After all, a large part of the "Coolness Factor" in the Bleach world is built on aesthetics. But it didn't matter; one learns by doing. Next time, Mo Yu would know better. At the same time, he couldn't help but marvel that Uryu Ishida was indeed a Golden Epic-tier plot progression tool. This talent wasn't just limited to the Bleach World Bubble; it worked just as well in the 3D world.

Thanks to Uryu's talent, the popularity of the first episode skyrocketed. Clearly, the 3D "audience lords" were very satisfied with the persecution of Uryu—er, I mean, Uryu's exquisite acting. Thinking of this, Mo Yu began to instinctively ponder how to use Uryu even better next time.

As the plot progressed, the comments changed quickly:

"High energy ahead..."

"Warning: Art style change incoming. The real show starts now."

"Back for a second watch. Marking this spot—this is where you forget this was supposed to be a workplace drama..."

Although Uryu was "Kabedon-ed," he didn't give up. He used both his fists and feet to fight Fisher. Uryu's martial arts were surprisingly well-trained; every movement within a square inch was methodical, crisp, and pleasing to the eye.

But that didn't matter, because Fisher's martial arts were also powerful. After a few exchanges, he slammed Uryu back against the wall again.

Then the protagonist, Ichigo Kurosaki, finally made his debut. With the line "Let go of that boy," his legend as an Academy Security Guard officially began. And Fisher, at this moment, revealed his true form beyond his identity as a politician. Within a few rounds, he was pummeling Ichigo on the ground.

"I have the same thought as the protagonist: why are politicians so good at fighting?"

"So this is a political struggle (physical)? My horizons have been broadened."

"Master Kurosaki, cut his middle lane! (Wing Chun face)"

Uryu went up to help, but he couldn't last two rounds before being Kabedon-ed for the third time. This time, even his clothes started getting torn. Seeing his virtue in danger, the defeated Ichigo rallied. He slowly stood up, Reishi light exploding from his body, as he delivered the lines Mo Yu had dubbed in post-production:

[As the school security guard, I cannot stand by while you lay your demonic hands on our students. For this, I shall unleash the Martial Artist power I awakened recently...]

However, perhaps because Ichigo's pose, expression, and tone were far too familiar, the comments popped up:

"Martial Artist power? Kudo-san, that's Soul Reaper power! That's absolutely Reiatsu! The sound and light effects are identical, hey!"

"Ichigo Kudo, for the sake of Uryu Ishida's virtue, use Bankai on this eye-searing fat politician! (Fire Punch face)"

"Back for a second watch. In terms of Purity as a fighter, the Corrupt Politician is indeed a level higher."

As Fisher also began his Aura Burst, revealing his true form as a fighter and clashing with Ichigo, the comments and popularity climbed visibly. Combat in regular anime is very expensive; producers have to balance quality and cost. But Mo Yu didn't have to worry about that. Every movement in the fight between Fisher and Ichigo was exceptionally fluid and connected—mostly filmed in a single long take without the need for many cuts or storyboards.

Accompanied by Fisher's magnificent declaration of belief and the triple-stacked Cero Qi blasts, Ichigo was knocked down. The comments were mostly: "Fat Politician, I have a new respect for you," "Fisher's Purity is too high," and "Master Kudo, hurry up and use Hollowification!"

Then, the mysterious Supreme Chief Justice of the Fighting World, the Demon Muscle Man, appeared and saved Ichigo. He set a date for a rematch in a few days to decide the fate of Uryu's virtue. With that, Part 1 of the first episode ended. Amidst the cheerful BGM of "Two Tigers," it automatically skipped to Part 2.

From the moment Ichigo woke up from his coma, the Training Arc began. This part required the most work from Mo Yu. The characters appearing were more or less modified through post-production "Photoshop" to change their looks. Even the audience noticed, commenting that the art style and drawing of the characters in this part were a bit "off" compared to the quality of the first part.

Mo Yu felt helpless about this. He could only muse that once he completely controlled the Bleach World Bubble, his first decree would be that everyone must wear colored wigs and contacts and change their daily outfits to reduce the Divine Uploader's post-production workload.

Despite Mo Yu's hard work in PS, some characters were still very recognizable to the audience:

"Pink clothes, pink bucket hat, pink cane... do you think I can't recognize this as Pink Flash version SP Kisuke Urahara...?"

"Even with a change in hairstyle and color, that's clearly Orihime Inoue. Creator, you nerfed her 'assets' pretty hard; she's flat-chested now."

"Chad is even more absurd. He went from a dark-skinned South American to a white guy."

"Alright, it's confirmed. The so-called 'Strongest Academy Security Guard Legend' is clearly a grand fan-work of 'Bleach: Supreme Fist'."

Regardless, with the encouragement and help of a crowd of characters that the audience found suspicious, Ichigo quickly rallied and embarked on the martial path of pursuing Purity. As the word "Purity" was mentioned more frequently in the plot, the comments were gradually guided:

"Poor jab, weak backhand. Kudo-san, your Purity is really too low. Even Slime-tier fighters can beat you like this."

"The moment eyes meet is the start of the fight. What a high-purity, hot-blooded city! (Purity face)"

"Was this Purity City built by the King of Fighters Real Estate Company and designed by a Hanma-alien designer?"

Though the art style in Part 2 was a bit inconsistent, its popularity only grew because the combat scenes increased. Even Ichigo's fights against ordinary martial artists were spectacular in terms of choreography and performance. In Part 2, Mo Yu also deliberately gave a lot of screen time to Uryu Ishida.

While Ichigo was training his Purity, Fisher—clutching his chrysanthemums and Vaseline—was constantly using his political connections to hunt for Uryu, while bombarding him with texts.

Uryu's face grew more terrified with every "Dominant CEO chasing his wife" harassment text he received every few minutes. He started hiding everywhere. Initially, he planned to flee abroad, but when he found Fisher's men at every airport and station holding "Missing Person" posters with his photo, he could only turn back with tears in his eyes.

The plot proceeded along two lines: Ichigo's Purity training and Uryu's battle of wits and escape from Fisher.

At first, Ichigo's side was more popular, but eventually, the comments on Uryu's side grew more numerous, until the heat suppressed Ichigo's scenes:

"Creepy Young Man version of Uryu, run! Your Fighter CEO just passed your hiding spot and is locking onto your scent using Purity and his obsession for you!"

"This is so ridiculous. For Uryu's sake, Fisher's brain potential is exploding. He's doing 3D modeling and real-time calculation of Uryu's escape routes and capture plans in his head. Is this a Fighter's love? The Purity is too high!"

"Suggestion: Commit suicide. Based on Fisher's current Purity, one tub of Vaseline won't be enough if he catches you. That chrysanthemum is going to become a sunflower in minutes."

"Go for it, Big Brother Ishida! Let's see if your Purity can withstand Fisher's Vaseline-coated fists (Merciless face)."

"Hiding in the sewers is a good move, but it's useless against a high-purity fighter. Fisher is already using his Battle Qi to roam the city and sense your trail from afar..."

Mo Yu confirmed once again that Uryu Ishida was a top-tier talent. Even as a supporting character, his popularity could carry a show, even stealing the spotlight from the lead. He vowed to use Uryu even more in the future.

The perspective split into two synced screens: one showing Ichigo attaining enlightenment through constant struggle and fully re-classing into a Martial Artist; the other showing Uryu finally being found by Fisher in the sewers.

As Uryu frantically called Ichigo for help and Ichigo revealed a smile full of Purity and fighting spirit, Part 2 ended. Even the closing BGM of "Two Tigers" seemed more intense.

Part 3 started automatically. After the buildup of the first two parts, the comments at the start were much denser:

"The meme-masterpiece of the year: The Legend of Ichigo Kurosaki the Reishi Madman, now officially serialized and beginning."

"What 'Reishi Madman Legend'? Isn't this the light of domestic animation: Uryu Ishida's Dominant CEO Chase Diary?"

"The chrysanthemum of the runaway bride with ultimate Purity VS the Vaseline fist of the Dominant CEO with ultimate Purity. Who has the higher Purity? Let us look forward to the brilliant broadcast of [Bleach: Supreme Fist - Chrysanthemum Arc]."

As Part 3 began, the dump truck harvested by Orihime's "jungling" provided a high-energy opening. When Ichigo used his Purity to drive the truck, the comments flashed:

"Can't use Getsuga Tensho without a Zanpakuto? Is Getsuga Tensho such an inconvenient thing? Of all martial arts, this is the Dump Truck Getsuga Tensho!"

"Will there be a Steamroller Getsuga Tensho later?"

"Just for this scene, I'm giving a Like, Coin, and Favorite (Triple Threat)."

"I thought the nerfed Orihime wouldn't be much to look at, but this version of her is actually much cooler."

The scene shifted to the mansion. Fisher, in a bathrobe, was elegantly Plucking petals over the tied-up Uryu. His posture was as focused as a master chef preparing a glowing dish.

"Elegant. So elegant. The 'Strong-Fist Politician X Weak-Receiver Chrysanthemum Boy' ship is so good (Expressionless face)."

"That's it? Where are the Vaseline fists? Give us some high-purity brawling!"

In editing this, Mo Yu focused on Fisher's side but constantly flashed to Ichigo's truck approaching to heighten the tension. The effect was solid. When Ichigo's Truck Getsuga Tensho Iai smashed through the wall, the battle atmosphere hit its peak.

For the subsequent fight, Mo Yu didn't interfere much in editing, only slightly PS-ing their Hollow masks and adding a narrator caption:

[Upon reaching 20% Absolute Realm Purity, the fighter's inner belief and bestiality manifest from illusion into reality, becoming a Mask that enhances combat power.]

The audience responded:

"I admire the Uploader's ability to talk absolute nonsense."

"God damn 'Belief Mask'! That's clearly Hollowification, AHHHHHH!"

"Don't talk nonsense! Hollowification is a Bleach setting. What does that have to do with Supreme Fist? Dragging battle powers across series will get Uryu's chrysanthemum exploded by Fisher (Deadpan face)."

Battle, collision, slaughter. The following scenes were a smooth, brilliant long-take. The two moved like lightning and struck like the wind, full of passion and power. Many times, Mo Yu had to use slow-motion so the audience could see the strikes.

The highlight was Ichigo's "Reishi Madman" performance, which triggered a flood of comments:

"The art style looks like Bleach, but I now believe this is a domestic production. The Uploader definitely read a lot of Hong Kong Manhua. That 'Madman Powerhouse' flavor is pure."

"Yes! That's it! Push the Absolute Realm power to the limit! Sublimate to Ultimate Power! Defeat Orochi who possesses the power of the Cosmos! Swing your fist for the KOF97 Championship! Wait... you said this is a Bleach fanfic? Oh, never mind then..."

The battle reached its end. When Ichigo used Purity to beat his own power into submission and force it out, Mo Yu cut the footage of White Ichigo to maintain the mystery. The scene jumped straight to Ichigo's Second-Stage transformation. The massive Reiatsu stirred the world, forming the crown-like vortex clouds.

With a single strike, Fisher was defeated. Even with Ichigo holding back, he was severely injured. Yet Fisher struggled up, burning his Purity for a final desperate gamble, earning the audience's praise:

"Go for it, Big Brother Corrupt Politician! Don't let Vasto Lorde Ichigo down like a certain bat-demon."

"Fatty, your Purity has earned my approval (Thumbs up)."

"Getsuga Tensho + Shun-Goku-Satsu? What a bizarre crossover! Fisher, hurry up and get a 'Waves of Killing Intent' buff from Orochi and transform into 'Bloodthirsty Rugal'!"

"Where's the chrysanthemum bride Uryu? Your CEO Fisher is going all out and about to die! Hurry up and protect your man, or you won't get any of those toys in the warehouse!"

In a massive energy explosion, the battle ended. Only Ichigo remained in the dust, looking at where Fisher vanished, filled with anger and a lack of closure.

Mo Yu's narration appeared one last time.

[After an arduous battle, school security guard Kudo Shinji finally delivered divine punishment to the corrupt politician, defending the virtue of the school's male students. But his cruel workplace career has only just begun. Following the politician, an even greater darkness—a heartless, evil capitalist—is approaching. Please look forward to Episode 2 of The Strongest Academy Security Guard Legend. Please Like, Coin, and Favorite; your support is our motivation to update.]

The "Two Tigers" BGM played as the credits rolled. The audience comments were still flashing:

"I didn't think much of it at first, but this workplace is truly cruel. What kind of new guard's first job is entering a KOF tournament to brawl with a Rugal-template politician?"

"If Episode 2 doesn't have Uryu, I'm not watching. I'm waiting for the sequel to the Chrysanthemum Arc (Merciless face)."

"Not a moment spent mourning the fall of Corrupt Politician Fisher! Arriving now is the super villain of the 2nd Battle for Uryu's Virtue: the Evil Capitalist, Captain-Commander Yamamoto (probably)!"

After watching the three parts with the comments, Mo Yu nodded in satisfaction. He vowed not to let the fans down; he would definitely film Uryu's plot well.

However, at this moment, Mo Yu's Divine Authority stirred. He felt that as the audience interacted with the video, it was undergoing a subtle change.

The feeling was hard to describe. After some deep thought, his Omniscience authority provided a flash of insight.

The viewing and support from the 3D audience were transforming into a type of power, descending into the Silver Sea and creating a subtle effect on the Bleach World Bubble.
