Feyra looked at him and took his hand. She smiled, knowing that Shiba didn't judge her for anything.
She walked beside him, out of the small restaurant and onto the streets. She looked around, a little unsure where Shiba would take her.
He tucked her at her arm and led her to a small park nearby. The trees had green leaves, birds had built their nests inside the crowns.
"When we continue travelling, it'll be autumn already. The leaves will change to more colours and fall off the trees," Shiba said, looking back and letting go of Feyra's hand.
"Autumn... It's been a while since I could see the leaves falling off. I wonder... Now that I barely feel hot or cold anymore... How these seasons are going to be for me," she answered, deep in thought.
Shiba nodded. He may have been an Immortal imitating humans, yet he also didn't feel as warm or cold as normal humans. For him, a fever wasn't that bad if the temperature got too high. His body would just heal.
