Chapter 19 - A new day, a simple announcement.

Mr. Tasha went through his day as usual.

As nine o'clock approached, he headed to a luxurious hotel in the middle of the city.

He had reserved the entire place in advance.

Today, he would announce some simple changes to his employees, so they were scheduled to gather at exactly nine thirty.

A simple announcement, followed by a light dinner.

The employees arrived one after another, greeting each other and exchanging small talk.

Once Mr. Tasha made sure everyone was present, he took the microphone and began to speak.

"Hello everyone. It's good to see you all here, and it's also good to see Charlie and Mary despite their exhaustion over the past few days... I have an important announcement regarding some changes in the company. I'll summarize them briefly, and if anyone has an opinion, feel free to share it."

Everyone fell silent, waiting for Mr. Tasha to continue.

Their faces showed satisfaction, even though he hadn't said anything substantial yet.

Perhaps it was a strange kind of trust they had in him.

"First, your working hours will be reduced. Instead of eight hours, they will become seven. There is one additional condition, as long as the work is completed efficiently, you are free to leave. Second, you will receive a message now containing a bonus that has been added to your accounts. In addition, your salaries have been increased by five percent, and this increase is separate from the annual raise. As you know, you currently work six days a week, but from now on, it will be five days only. There will also be a gift and a formal acknowledgement for the best performance each month."

Mr. Tasha listed all the important points, then looked at everyone.

Shock was clearly written on their faces.

The reason was simple, Mr. Tasha was offering benefits that were rarely seen even in companies valued in the trillions. They were being appreciated beyond expectation, made happy, and their efforts were genuinely respected.

What became clear to everyone was that their loyalty had just increased, They would give their all for the success of the company and for Mr. Tasha himself.

This was instinctive.

Kindness was answered with kindness, gratitude with gratitude.

Even if expressing it honestly was difficult, the feeling that Mr. Tasha truly valued them gave them a powerful surge of motivation.

Applause, Applause, Applause.

Everyone clapped enthusiastically and happily, satisfaction evident on their faces.

"Since everyone seems pleased, thank you for your time. Please enjoy dinner."

Mr. Tasha's expression brightened, He had thought long and hard before deciding to surprise his employees like this. He had reflected on them and asked himself an important question.

What would make them happier and more comfortable?

Some of the hotel staff were watching and listening to what was being said.

They couldn't believe that these were real changes, not just empty protocols. Some lowered their heads, feeling a sense of injustice toward their own workplaces. Others felt envy, Some even grew to hate their jobs.

The tables gradually filled up as people split into groups and sat down. One of them stood up and spoke with a strong, enthusiastic voice.

"Everyone, since Mr. Tasha has been generous and has given us so much over the years, let's give everything we have for him."

The applause erupted wildly. But when they looked around for Mr. Tasha, he was already gone.

Was he rude? Was his behavior inappropriate? Who said that?

This was simply how Mr. Tasha was. Everyone knew that he often disappeared suddenly from gatherings or didn't attend them at all. Yet the sincerity of his character, reflected clearly in his actions, made everyone love him and hold deep respect for him.

Mr. Tasha was on his way home when he received a phone call.

He had previously hired private investigators, and his goal was clear.

Despite having accepted things as they were, he had decided to search for the family who had left him behind.

He was somewhat curious about his own emotional reaction.

How would he feel? How would he see his family from his current perspective? Would emotions overwhelm him?

There were always

many questions.

And the answers always gave birth to even more questions.
