After buying the the Fashion Centre, he transferred it into Maya's name making her the new owner.
"Security!" Maya called out and 4 burly men from no where came to her aid.
"Throw these garbages to where they truly belong." She ordered those guards to through the artificial face lady and her husband.
"Wait Madam. I'm a shareholder here. You can't sack me like that."
"Sorry James but your father sold your family's share to Mr. Lane a few minutes ago so you are nothing in this plane. You better get the hell out of her before things get messy." Mr Davins who was the manager said to them.
When that lady's husband head that, he collapsed. His wife kept begging Bradley and Maya for mercy but it was to no avail.
The 4 burly guards dragged the unconscious man along with his wife outside. All those present at the scene had only one thing in mind and that was
'The Legendary Bradley Wright Lane'.
"You know you didn't have to do all these things right?" Maya asked him.
"How can I allow some thrash to bully my people?"
Maya felt happy in her heart when Bradley called her one of his people.
After several hours of shopping, they went back home.
(Two Days Later)
Bradley left for Washington to their Lane Palace which was hosting a their annual family gathering.
He drove to the Kalorama Neighborhood where their family house was.
"Welcome back Young Lord." The maids and guards that were in front of the palace entrance bowed to Bradley and said. He nodded back to them and entered the palace. He went straight to the Ancestral Chamber where their meeting was being held.
"Click!" He opened the door and entered.
Before him were dozens of people kneeling before three old men who were standing before an altar upon which incense were being burnt.
This ceremony was done to to honour the ancestors of the Lane family and to pay respect to loved ones in the world beyond theirs.
When Bradley entered, all those in the room turned towards him.
Not only was he late but he all didn't kneel when he entered and that caused the dissatisfaction of the crowd.
Jacob Lane, the father of Bradley who currently was the patriach of the family signaled his son to bow immediately in order for the oldies not to punish him.
Bradley looked at his father and said nothing to him. He walked towards the altar upon which the incense were being burnt. He took one of the incense sticks from the altar and went to place it in front of a picture from of a gorgeous woman who had a beautiful smile on her face in the portrait among the hundreds of portraits that were on the walls of the room.
"I forgive you mama. I want you to be happy over where you are. I won't blame you for leaving me motherless. Hope that you find a peaceful rest." He looked at the portrait of his mother and said with his eyes turning red.
Jacob Lane looked at what his son did and cried. He never, for once had that courage his son had to pay respect her late wife in that manner.
"Rebellious! How can you disrespect the ancestors and your mother like this?"
Paul saw this as an opportunity to get back on Bradley so he didn't hesitate to criticise him, hoping that the oldies would punish the golden boy of the family.
Jacob looked at Paul with murderous eyes that almost took his soul away.
Although what Bradley did was remarkable but it wasn't in line with their ceremony and for that, he had to be punished. But how can Jacob stand it when his second son was begging for destruction to fall upon his own brother.
"I admit that what you just did had earned our respect but why are you still not kneeling to kowtow to your ancestor?.
The old man who stood closer to the altar among the three asked Bradley with a calm yet powerful voice.
"Hmph! Even the heavens can't make my bow or kneel. How do you expect me to kneel and kowtow to these people who I never knew existed. We being here and offering our prays and burning incense for them is more than enough so don't expect me to do as you say."
He looked into that old man's eyes and said.
"Impudent!!!"
"Boom!!
All the direct members of the Lane Family fell to the ground completely without the power to raise even a finger up. Everyone in the room with the exception of Bradley and the three oldies were still standing.
"Kneel!!"
An aura of a Peak Level 9 Body Refinement was directed to Bradley to forcefully make him kneel but the boy forcefully resisted it eventhough his bones were on the edge of breaking down.
He was just an Early Level 6 Body Refiner. How could he resist a full aura of a Peak Level 9 Body Refiner but his pride as a dragon counter-attacked the powerful aura of his 120 years great grand father who earned a title as the Tyrant Beast from his deeds during the World War II.
The other two oldies which the one on the right was Bradley's biological grandfather and the other his granduncle joined to pressure Bradley to kneel with their Peak Level 7 Body Refinement aura.
"Crack!!!"
"Ahhh!!!"
Bradley's bone began to break down on the unfathomable auras of the three oldies.
"Kneel!!"
Jacob who was laying on the floor looked at his suffering son with tears in his eyes while Paul rejoiced in Bradley's misfortune.
'Within every dragon's heart burns a flame that can devour the heavens.'
The prelude of the Eternal Dragon God Manual appeared in the mind of Bradley.
"Hahaha!! This is it."
His Draconic Qi started to circulate to its maximum capacity.
His boiling blood caused cracks to appear on his Pulse Core that was in his heart.
"Ahhh!!!"
The Internal Dragon Flames within him kept igniting his pulse which caused the pulse to explode outward. The energy channels from the explosion carved pathways through his whole body and from that, Dragon Veins formed beneath his skin.
Thundercoulds gathered above the Lane Palace.
"Roarrr!!!!!"
A draconic thu'um roar came out from Bradley's throat and it shook the whole
Kalorama Neighborhood.
A phantom of a divine dragon appeared upon the head of Bradley.
