"Indeed these people are training well. Most of them had advanced at least twice after I became the head." Bradley who sat in his office said to himself with a hint of pride in his voice.

He had been about it for several days but he still hasn't found anything helpful about it.

[So just like how living beings grow, the universe grows too. This in the universe transform and evolve. The same happens to the universe.
To evolve, one must meet a requirement or accommodate enough energy to do that and so does the universe. It takes the universe thousands of years, sometimes more than that to accommodate enough Fate Energy to evolve. This Fate Energy comes from the inhabitants of the universe. You remember that after you brought the Lanes under you power, whatever breakthrough they made, you benefited from it?]
Bradley nodded to her.
[That's the Fate Energy from them. So long as you are able to provide them what the need, their Fate Energy will become stronger and it would make you a lot stronger. Same goes to the universe.
After the creatures in the universe get what they need from the universe, they Fate Energy is absorbed by her just like how cultivators absorb Qi in the air. After the universe stores enough Fate Energy, it make a breakthrough which is the evolvement I'm going to talk about.
The worlds, planes and realms in this universe are separated by something called the Cosmic Membrane. The Cosmic Membrane prevents one from going to another world when they are not strong enough. She explained to him.
"Okay Nora. I will see to that. By the way, is there any other way for one to ascend to realms above him without waiting for the universe to enter her evolvement stage for the Cosmic Membrane to weaken before they ascend?" He asked out of curiosity.
[The universe created the Cosmic Membrane not to prevent others from going to the realms but to prevent the weak from entering a lion's den. If one without enough strength advance to a higher realm, he or she would be crashed like a ant by the powerful cultivators there.
