After Bradley and Elaine went for their food at the cafeteria, they went to the dining place where they are supposed to sit and eat.
"Hey! Novice 1200 and Novice 1199."
Bradley and Elaine heard they Code Name being called out so they turned towards where the call was from and there, they saw a different dining table in the middle of the dining hall which was made from a rare black platinum metal. Around the platinum table were five chairs that were also made using platinum metal and on two of the chairs sat two beauties who were currently known as the second and third belles in the 1200 Novices in the guild after the Ice Princess Elaine.
Bradley and Elaine walked to the table with the food in their hands and sat down.
"Good afternoon daughters of Our Lady Aphrodite. How are you all doing?"
Bradley smiled and greeted them.
All eyes turned towards the Elite Novice Team who sat in the middle of the dining hall.
The girls looked at the handsome face of Bradley and they were like, 'Aww wished it was me who he called the daughter of Goddess of Beauty' and the guys were like, 'Hmph! He's just a lucky bastard. He's not even that handsome.
The two ladies blushed by Bradley's words. As for Elaine, for an unknown reason, she was somehow pissed. It wasn't that Bradley hadn't complimented her on her beauty before but it's just that, he would also add Ice Princess to the compliment which would irritate her in the end.
"Stop the nonsense and let's eat. We've got other important things to do after this." Elaine said without looking at anyone's face.
Bradley ignored her and kept flirting with the girls.
Through their conversations, Bradley got to know their names which were Elvana and Evangel
"Wow! So we have Elaine the Ice Princess, and Elvana and Evangel as the daughters of Our Lady Aphrodite. How did you girls all got the first letter of you name to be 'E'?
I think you girls should get a name for yourselves like the E-Belles or something."
"Bang!" Elaine had finally had enough as she slammed her hand on the table and stood.
"Okay so why don't you add your bastard 'B' in your name Bradley to their E's and call yourselves the BEE?"
After saying that, she left the dining hall leaving Bradley dumbfounded.
"Excuse me ladies, I'd be right back."
He stood up and went after her.
Elvana and Evangel looked at each other and laughed together.
"Isn't he cute?" Elvana asked with a beautiful smile on her face which caused most guys to nosebleed.
Evangel frowned and looked at her friend.
"Don't tell me that you are starting to like him."
"Sorry to say this but yes!" Elvana answered.
"But I was the first to take liking of him. How can you also like him too?"
"Hmph. Do you think we are the only girls that like him?
Can't you see how jealous The Number One Novice Belle was when he was flirting with us?
You better change that mentality of yours that you took liking of him first so he's bound to be yours." Elvana lectured her friend.
Bradley followed Elaine to the blue stream that flowed through the novice camp area to the unknown.
She sat on one of the benches that was built the Oak tress along the blue stream. Bradley went and sat beside her.
"Who told you to follow me?
Can't you respect someone's privacy?"
With an annoyed voice, she asked
Bradley looked at her face and laughed out loud.
"Hey! What's funny here?
Do I look like a joke to you?"
"Nay. Actually I don't really understand what being hot is to a girl, but to be honest with you, you are so hot like hell. And it's even affecting the ecosystem."
He tried something that would help ease her furious heart and surprisingly, it worked.
"Hehehe! Why are so full of nonsense?
It's like everything you say is senseless.
You started with 'You are hot', then to the 'E-Belles. I'm even wondering what stupid thing you would say next."
Bradley who was never offended for being called stupid and a senseless guy continued to smile at her.
"Sorry for somethings I say, cause I'm now trying to understand how to vibe with girls especially the beautiful ones.
See, my mom died when I was just 4 years and I also never had a sister too and my grandmother died before I was even born. I was homeschooled so never got friends more specifically femalefriends. I grew up with my dad and my stepbrother Paul who is mostly known by others as my cousin. I didn't really get to spend time with girls to understand them so I think that's the reason why I'm kinda a weirdo when it comes to that stuff."
He explained to her.
Elaine became quiet for a while after hearing what he said.
"So you never had a girlfriend?" Out of nowhere, she asked
"I once had a girlfriend called Leonora. We guys grew together and we were both homeschooled along with my brother Paul. She was more like a tom-boy because she wanted to Paul and I. On her 13th birthday, I bought her an expensive limited edition barbie dress which I asked her to wear the next time she comes to see me. The very day she wore the dress. The day I fell for her. I liked her and she liked me so we started dating with the intention to marry her in the future.
I didn't know that Paul also loved her and because of his jealousy, we both lost her forever."
