Lenny sighed softly, "It's official, I'm a Rank 2 Fallen Regulator confirmed by the Fallen System"
"But the Association doesn't need to know that" He adds, "I guess each ranking evolution increases the numbers of sp required to evolve to the next rank"
"Rank 1 required only a few hundred sp to evolve to Rank 2 but Rank 2 requires a few thousand"
"It seems Rank 3 would require ten thousand" He smiled, "Now I understand why there's such vast difference between Ranks"
"It's not just about numbers but intense strength as well" He chuckled, "This is just the starting point" He clenched his fist.
