One week before Kakarot's arrival...
Shallot and Vegeta were training in the gravity machine, with the gravity adjusted to 250 times.
Vegeta possessed immense power, but something was still missing for him to transform into a Super Saiyan.
Shallot was also close to becoming a Super Saiyan, but he purposely wanted Vegeta to transform into a Super Saiyan before him.
Vegeta looks at Shallot and asks:
"Tights isn't your style, or do you have a crush on Android 18?" Vegeta asks.
Shallot becomes somewhat embarrassed by Vegeta's question and doesn't answer.
Vegeta then says:
"Tights is the spinster of the Briefs family; she's never had a good boyfriend, only eccentric ones. She once dated a guy who looked like Billy Idol, but the relationship ended after she was cheated on at a concert with over 50,000 people in attendance. After that, she dedicated herself to writing books and is currently living on a secluded island; she comes to visit us from time to time." Vegeta says.
Shallot then replies:
"I'll think about it; it would be very despicable of me to hit on Android 18, given that she's Krillin's future wife. I'm still young, but I'll think about it more after Frieza." Shallot replies.
Vegeta agrees and changes the subject.
Vegeta clenches his fists and strikes his battle stance.
Vegeta and Shallot exchange high-speed punches inside the gravity machine.
Shallot kicks Vegeta, sending him flying several meters, and unleashes a series of Ki blasts.
Vegeta gets up and reappears behind Shallot, delivering a kick that sends him flying several meters.
"He's not holding back! Vegeta is probably ahead of Goku on Namek! It's better to fight more seriously. " Shallot says in thought.
Shallot then takes a deep breath and unleashes all his power.
"Haaaaaaaaaa"
Vegeta gives a mischievous smile.
Vegeta advances and the fight begins again.
Swift punches and kicks shook the entire gravity machine; each punch was calculated with millimeter precision.
Vegeta then throws a right hook and knocks Shallot to the ground.
Vegeta raises two fingers and shouts:
"Dirty fireworks!!!" Vegeta shouts.
An explosion occurs, creating a cloud of dust. After the dust settles, Shallot is found standing, his armor broken and his body covered in wounds.
Vegeta then says:
"Congratulations, you managed to last a long time, but now you'll see the real difference between you and me." Vegeta says.
Vegeta takes a deep breath and begins to unleash his power, but his aura shifts between Vegeta takes a deep breath and begins to unleash his power, but his aura changes between yellow and white.
"This could be a joke! It's impossible for him to become a Super Saiyan! Unless he transformed into a Super Saiyan a long time ago. " Shallot says in thought.
"Grhaaaahhhh!!!"
Vegeta transforms into a Super Saiyan, and Shallot takes a few steps back from the immense pressure of the transformation.
Vegeta then explains:
"I managed to achieve Super Saiyan form after going into the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. I trained there for a year and came out already a Super Saiyan. To transform into a Super Saiyan, I remembered how bad it was to live in São Paulo, the fear of being mugged, my family there was complicated, I had a brother who died in a motorcycle accident and for all these reasons, I transformed into a Super Saiyan upon remembering my old life and how I want to avoid it in this new one." Vegeta explains.
Shallot then says:
"Didn't you transform into a Super Saiyan out here? Dr. Maki Gero has several spy robots that are spying on us and sending reports to increase the power of Androids 17 and 18, and in parallel Cell." Shallot says.
Vegeta then replies:
"I know this, Androids 17 and 18 will probably be stronger than the canonical timeline. I'll use Ikari form in the fight against Kakarot; I think that will be more than enough to defeat him." Vegeta replies.
Shallot then asks:
"What do you think Frieza is like in this reality?" Shallot asks.
Vegeta replies in a confident tone:
"The same arrogant lizard, don't be afraid, when you reach Super Saiyan, Frieza will be your punching bag and that's all you need to know." Vegeta replies.
Vegeta transforms back to his base form, goes to the gravity machine's control panel, and shuts it down.
Shallot and Vegeta exit the gravity machine.
After nearly a year of training, Shallot, Vegeta, and the Z Fighters were ready for battle against Kakarot.
The insane Kakarot was coming, and everything they knew about villainy was about to be updated.
